Ware is an outside pass rusher from the Right Side. Clay is an outside pass rusher from the Right Side. Nick Perry is better from the Right side.

I think we need to find somebody who can rush from the Left not pay so we are 3 or 4 deep at or best pass rush area.

and raji was terrible his first 2 years just a garbage turd

Well, if I had to choose between DeMarcus Ware and Mike Neal, I'd choose Ware.

He may or may not be overrated. But I'd expect more improvement in the defense with him than I expect from further development of Neal's "potential."

I'm not hung up Ware or Byrd or any one free agent possibility. I'm hung up on the notion that "signing one's own free agents" is sufficient free agency participation when your defense has collectively been a model for suckitude.
