As I have stated before, why do the "black lives matter" only when it involves police?
Why doesn't the black lives matter people start getting on the backs of the black people that are killing other black people in every U.S. big city literally every day???
Seems hipocritical to go after cops when that is only a very small amount of lives lost at the hands of police. And even a much smaller amount that are actually the fault of the cops. Usually it's because if something the person that got shot had done that caused them to get killed in the first place.
But hey, I guess I shouldn't dare to bring that truth up. Not "politically correct".

The simple fact is, African Americans are systemically profiled and abused at a higher rate than other races by the Police. There is endless evidence to back this up. It's a problem, no matter what nonsense you want to throw out there to try and distract from it.

The cartoon sheds a great light on how acceptable it is to complete corporate sellout, but as soon as an athlete mentions something that makes white people even a little bit uncomfortable, all hell breaks loose.

There is a big difference between getting paid to endorse a product and the stupid sitting down during the anthem. If they want it to be comparable, pony up their dollars, shoot a political protest commercial and buy add time during the game, then I can ignore them just as I do most commercials.

I've had enough of not only these protests based on lies, but also most of the other crap the NFL does. All the "charity" tribute themes and events. Most of them are extremely inefficient as far as raising money as they are sold as. I believe the report about the Breast Cancer Awarness campaign of the NFL showed that after all is said and done, only 8% of the money spent on buying Pink ends up making it to the end charity. Same as most of the player foundations and charity events sure they raise awareness and a little money, but if you want your money going to a cause, they are not the best way to get your money to the destination.

Feel free to back up your "theory" that Police brutality statics are lies, and oh yes, cite your sources as well.

First, if Mr Bennett drew the cartoon himself, the man has some talent .

Second, it feels wrong for an employee to promote their political viewpoints while also representing an organization, sports team, or business . Using a well known Business like the NFL as your personal soapbox should not be allowed .

Third, Anyone in America is free to express their views as long as they do not violate the law .

Fourth, If one looks at who is being convicted of violet crimes in America, African-Americans represent the largest group by far. As for being profiled or targeted by law enforcement , I can't blame the police anywhere for being cautious with White/Black/Yellow/ or Red men/women. So when anyone disobeys an officers direct order to stop or to get on the ground or to be cooperative , they should not be surprised when the officer's act to protect themselves.

All lives matter , but excusing the poor moral leadership that protest law enforcement as the murder rate of Black's on Black's steadily rises , raises the word "hypocrite" to mind . Must we not first look to correct our own faults before rushing to judge others.
