The new power structure doesn't seem that concerning to me after watching the press conference. It's more of a balance of power thing, which can often be useful. It's a collaborative approach, although Murphy clearly said that he's going to stay out of football decisions. He also said that this new structure isn't much different than how things have been anyway, as any big decisions would be discussed as a team. Pretty standard protocol. Russ Ball has already been doing what he will continue to do.
I think it will work, but it will all come down to bringing in talented players. That's the key. Give Aaron Rodgers a top 5 defense and the Packers will probably win another Super Bowl before he retires. I doubt he'll get two more though.
