The summer heat may cause some to not want to grill with the high heat of the season. Cooler meals can be most enjoyable and for some less hot kitchens too. i'll start a list of cold foods and invite more to add to it.

Watermelon
Honeydew Melon
Strawberries
Grapes
Coleslaw
Potato Salad (store bought is very good)
Garden Salads (whatever you prefer)
Tuna Salad
Chips and Dips
Cottage Cheese
Summer Sausage
Cold Cut Meats
Jello
Iced Tea
Watergate Salad
Cucumber and Onions in Vinegar
Bananas
Sliced Cold Tomatoes
Ice Cream
Fresh Apple Salad

Be Cool Now !

I’ve had several things on your list.
I’ve eaten more watermelon this summer then I had in the last 2 decades.
And gallons of ice tea!
