It sounds like Garrett is determined to play, but will be somewhat less than 100%. Though you can probably say that about a lot of guys at this point in the season.

That game was kinda hard to watch at times.
Defense was gashed by the run but got 4 ints.
Offense was pretty good for half the game.

Great win on Christmas day against a physical rushing team. The Brown put the weakness of the Packer's defense on display. Fortunately, not many teams have that physical ability. Also glad that the Browns still felt a need to pass the ball. Packers better come up with a better plan before they have to go against a coach like Shanahan that won't make that mistake.
