First drive
13:20 Clay sacks Alex Smith, forcing a three and out.

13:03 Punt, muffed by Cobb on 15, gets it out to the 19. Penalty on Niners, 10 yards. Replacement ref bullshit call.
11:48 Huge sack of Rodgers, refs call penalty for Aldon Smith removing helmet after the play. Seemed like another bullshit call as Rodgers' foot knocked it 3/4 off.
9:56 False start on Newhouse, jumped in reaction to a blitz. Was third and 6, now third and 11
9:51 Niners blitz, sack Rodgers. Didn't have much time.

PUNT- Touchback

Solid drive by Niners, burning clock and moving the ball consistently
6:00 Bush on Randy Moss 20 yards.
4:58 40 yd field goal by Akers

KO, Touchback

1:33 PUNT, 2nd and 8 incomplete deep to Jones. Then for 6 to Jennings on third down to set up the punt.

2ND QUARTER
14:56 three and out, but pass interference on BUSH. First down!
14:07 roughing the passer on Clay, seemed like bullshit but there was PI on dj smith
TD Randy Moss, blown coverage by DJ Smith (or possibly Morgan Burnett)

11:00 Deep to Jordy, looked like Aaron held it
8:56 Free play, deep to JJ, uncalled PI in the end zone
7:33 Completion to JJ on the 2 yard line PI on OFFENSE,
6:58 Finley converts 3rd and 12, he's been clutch today
4:43 DPI to Finley in the end zone. Finley flipped over Cox after the play, finley hurt leg, got stepped on.
4:40 Quick strike TD to Finley

2:43 DPI on Woody
1:55 uncalled false start on Niners, complete for 11 yards
1:00 Huge third and 1 stuff by Hawk
FG Akers, 43 yard

:55 False start on Bulaga, bullshit Aldon Smith drew him, uncalled

PUNT

:19 Kaepernick runs up the gut for 25 yards
:02 FG 63 yards by Akers. Doinked it off the crossbar, ties all time long fg record

THIRD QUARTER
13:30 First possession, wasted a timeout, then went deep incomplete to Jordy on 3rd and 1.

PUNT

9:00 TD Niners, we had no answer for anything on this drive. Niners went man on man in the trenches and kicked our asses.
7-23m Niners lead

4:46 Third and 3, drop of Jermike

PUNT, out of bounds at the 4

1:28 Huge third down stop by Bush covering Crabtree. Niners had been jamming it down our throats and exploiting Bush covering Vernon Davis and Micheal Crabtree,

PUNT

FOURTH QUARTER

14:46 Uncalled DPI against Jennings, forcing the punt after a couple clutch first downs by Cobb and JJ

PUNT, inside the 10

Three and out

PUNT

11:20 TD on 75 punt return by Cobb up the right sideline.
2 pointer to Jordy, 15-23 Niners

9:06 Third down run by Gore, Shields came up and made the tackle at the first down marker. Play was reviewed, but Gore was SHORT.
No more red flags, second time out used up.

PUNT, fair caught by Cobb at the 25.

8:50 HORRIBLE INT over the middle for AR12, first play from scrimmage.

8:35 VERY NEXT PLAY, Gore just absolutely runs OVER multiple defenders (Morgan Burnett in particular) to get to the end zone down the right sideline.

15-30. Niners

8:03 Clutch first down negated by holding on Bulaga
7:02 Got it back on a huge 49 pass to JJ, with Rodgers scrambling right
6:15 Two plays later, TD JJ

22-30 Niners lead

4:00 Huge sack by Clay. Smith did very well to hang onto the ball. Essentially forces a punt.

PUNT

8 points down, 3:37 left, AARON RODGERS TIME.
3:24 VERY nearly INT'd at the first down marker on an attempt to Jennings.
2:00 Packers driving, defense jump offsides, but they don't allow us to have a free play. REPLACEMENT REFS
1:53 Arodge scrambles for a first down
1:46 Rogers SACKED, bringing up third and LONG
0:49 For the second time in three plays, Bulaga gets beat bad, resulting in a guy in Rodgers' face. Rodgers throws a jump ball down the R sideline to Jordy, who is unable to come down with it.

NINERS WIN

OVERALL I thought this game looked like a blowout until Cobb's punt return in the 4th quarter. We came back, fought hard and had a narrow shot to win it. Just didn't connect on it. The Niners D, especially the DL was tough as nails.

Despite all our shortcomings, key drops, stat whoring, lulls and all the regular shit suckage to which we are accustomed, this game came down to GETTING BEAT IN THE TRENCHES. Their big guys kicked our big guys' asses. I think the Niners ran for 200 yards, and that was WITHOUT Kaepernick.

I know I bitch about not having another OLB, but this game was one that was lost by not having enough beef up front, of offense OR defense. But mainly on defense.

I thought Finley held up well. JJ was clutch. Cobb was clutch. The running game didn't do much, but this was a tough team to run against. (Wouldn't it be cool if the Niners came away saying THEY RAN US US, BUT THEY'RE A VERY GOOD RUNNING TEAM?)

There was a really ugly INT by Arodge, which in and of itself may have cost us the game, combined with another one that was only narrowly missed on the next drive. So those plays played into the loss, but the most glaring factor was our RUN DEFENSE. imo

Remember, nobody started playing REAL football until week 4.

Seriously your "Stat Whoring" comments are old, repetitive, and just plain stupid.

Ever hear the term "Touchdown to checkdown"?

This is nothing new, go back and listen to Terry Bradshaws acceptance speech at his Hall of Fame induction.
I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!

Zero2Cool (22-May) : SISSIES!!!!
Mucky Tundra (22-May) : Sounds like both Kraft and Tom were injuried before OTAs began
buckeyepackfan (22-May) : Not serious but waiting for strength and conditioning coach referwnces.
buckeyepackfan (22-May) : Tom and Kraft both injured(pectoral muscle),
Zero2Cool (20-May) : I feel similar about person and product/service.
beast (17-May) : Not sure why a players views reflect on GB... instead of simply on the player
Martha Careful (17-May) : I bet some of us have had 6+ mRNA jabs, a UKR flag on our walls, and still think Fauci has a thread of integrity
Zero2Cool (16-May) : From what I've read, it's all Jets , not us.
CanPackFan (16-May) : Will there ever be a time when Rodgers' whacko views will not reflect on GB? He is the past, thank god.
Zero2Cool (16-May) : Jan 4th gonna be rough with that start time lol
Zero2Cool (16-May) : Packers schedule listed. Boom.
buckeyepackfan (15-May) : Let the leaks begin. Colts @ Packers week 2, Vikings @ Packers week 4
Zero2Cool (14-May) : WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling to Bills
Zero2Cool (14-May) : Jets and Aaron Rodgers open up on Monday Night Football,
Zero2Cool (13-May) : $170 guaranteed. This might impact Jordan Love

Zero2Cool (13-May) : Sources spoke of many, many times last summer where Hackett called a play, then Rodgers changed it completely at the line
Martha Careful (10-May) : 1. this is true of all our linemen. 2. His run block is fine. 3. If all OL played like he has, we would win SB.
beast (10-May) : Meyers pass blocking is really good, his run blocking is really not.
Zero2Cool (9-May) : Packers have claimed DE Spencer Waege off of waivers from the 49ers and waived DT Rodney Mathews.
Zero2Cool (9-May) : And the OL protections seem to be good.
Zero2Cool (9-May) : I really don't know lol. I don't see him getting blown up.
Zero2Cool (9-May) : -3 buwahhhahaaha
Mucky Tundra (9-May) : 4th
Zero2Cool (9-May) : because he's 1st
Mucky Tundra (9-May) : Myers isn't even the 3rd best C on the roster atm
Martha Careful (9-May) : I am not sure I understand the Myers hate. He was consistently our third best lineman. RG and LT were worse.
beast (9-May) : Just saying I don't think moving Myers would help Myers.
beast (9-May) : Center is usually considered the easiest position physically if you can handle the snap stuff.
Mucky Tundra (8-May) : Bust it is then
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Context. Sounds like Myers won't be cross-trained. C or bust.
Mucky Tundra (8-May) : @BookOfEli_NFL Packers pass game coordinator, Jason Vrable said that Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks shared a placed in Florida while train
Mucky Tundra (8-May) : For now...
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Packers go about evaluating their "best five," OL coach Luke Butkus makes on thing clear: "Josh Myers is our center."
beast (8-May) : Though I'm a bit surprised letting go of CBs, I thought we needed more not less
beast (8-May) : It was confusing with two DB Anthony Johnson anyways
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Packers actually had Ray Lewis on the phone.
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Packers wanted to draft Ray Lewis. Ravens stole him.
Martha Careful (6-May) : Happy 93rd Birthday to the Greatest Baseball Player of All-Time...Willie Mays

buckeyepackfan (6-May) : The Green Bay Packers have signed WR Julian Hicks, OL Lecitus Smith (luh-SEET-us) and WR Dimitri Stanley
Zero2Cool (6-May) : Petty, but it's annoying me how the NFL is making the schedule release an event.
Mucky Tundra (4-May) : @mattschneidman Matt LaFleur on how he tore his pec: “Got in a fight with the bench press. I lost.”
