Holy cow was I off in the week to defend KGB... I still think that knee isn't right, but you gotta bring more than that to the field..

I think to a degree KGB has been hung out there with the knee but when he's only good at one thing and can't do that I have to say something needs to happen.
Maybe the best thing is put this new kid that is supposedly similar with a speed rush in there this week on passing downs and give KGB time thru the break.

I'm kinda tired closing my eyes everytime our opponents run that way when he's in there. He get's plugged right on the LOS and either moved out to go inside him or he's stuck on the Tackle and they go right around him.
Seattle's RDE had it right. A couple yards penetration forcing Grant around him or getting off the Tackle when he cut it up stopping him for no gain....... about 30 times. At least it seemed like that many.

I really have a hard time understanding why they didn't put him on the PUP list to start the year.. leaving us with options if his knee didn't respond.. now we have his salary regardless.

In addition we could have kept another DT on the roster as well during his stay.

There was one play that they ran at him and Jones had KGB on skates about 10 yards down the field then just dumped him like a sled..
