short and sweet interview. I'm still not 100% sold on the 3-4 for this season, no matter what he says, but the 4-3 didn't do much last year either.

It'll be cool to watch I think. I mean 3-4 in the NFC is pretty rare and it is totally rare in our division. Should be interesting to see how the other teams play us now. Hopefully the end result though is a win. That is what makes us happy of course.

one thing I'm concerned about with the switch to the 3-4 is that it seems like anytime a franchise makes a major schematic or coaching switch it's going to take AT LEAST a year to work out the kinks, and it seems that the team's performance actually drops initially.

Baltimore and Atlanta are two obivous examples of the contrary from last year, but more often than not, it seems to be the case.

On the other hand, whatever we had going last year didn't seem to work, but I'm not certain if that's due to a poor utilization of talent (hence the switch), or simply a lack of it. That's why I'm not paid the big bucks though! 🙂
