I expected Aaron Rodgers to do a nice job replacing Brett Favre this year, but what I did not expect was for our OT's, the cornerstones of our offense, to both play so horribly. They were fine against the Vikings, but since then they've been terrible. And now Clifton has a bad hammy. There are problems with the interior O-line and Ryan Grant as well, plus the injuries to the WR's, but the poor play of Clifton and Tauscher are as big a reason as any why the Packers have been losing. And I don't see any replacements on the roster.

If Clifton and Tauscher don't turn things around, and fast, the Packers won't make the playoffs. And no matter how the season turns out, OT needs to be Ted Thompson's #1 priority in the off-season.

No way Green Bay can contend with Chicago at this time. Not unless something miraculous happens.

Tausch and Clifton somehow both got very old and terrible this offseason.

Was it just me or did it look like Grant did better with Barbre at guard?

He ran better later in the game, but I don't think Barbre had anything to do with it. Maybe Grant just loosened up a little as the game went on. He showed a little bit of power and burst for a change.

The entire o line has been bad. Wells hasn't been an upgrade over Spitz. Everyone is holding. We need to spend some money this summer and upgrade our entire o-line and possibly change schemes.

College, Moll, and Wells are all ZBS type guys (I know Wells was drafted by Sherman).

Clifton, Tausher, Spitz, and Sitton are typical power linemen.

We need to get consistant across the line. Either play the power guys or the ZBS guys. But you can't play them at the same time.
