I completely understand that the tone is supposed to be a little more off the cuff with some frat boy joking and sarcasm. I also actually liked that Aaron Rodgers wasn't just spewing off your typical P.C. rhetoric, but I still felt that he came off a little too edgy, confrontational, and arrogant, even given the tone of the show.

I don't mean to piss and moan too much though...I love who Aaron Rodgers is, and the QB that he is becoming, and part of his strengths we all love emanate from his pseudo cockiness...so I'll admit that I may be splitting hairs.

Back on page one I bashed Aaron a little after simply reading his quotes. Now that I've listened to the interview, I'm backing off. It was a good, light interview and he was having fun. I'm sure he was speaking his mind, but I don't think he what he said was mean-spirited at all.

Did anyone else catch the "You suck" at the very end?

Hey, my first post...

I agree... this interview is engaging and hilarious. There's a lot of laughing going on between the insults and jabs.

Rodgers seems very confident, but it's a healthy confidence. It's a good trait for an NFL quarterback to have.

The next day, Homer defended Rodgers from a caller who says he's arrogant.

Homer said he doesn't think Rodgers is arrogant and it's unique to be able to talk to an athlete the way he does with Rodgers. He feels he can say anything to him and that's rare.
