If your criteria is that the 16th-best starting QB in the league is average, then I would rate Rodgers well above that. I didn't care much for his performance yesterday, but I think he's done extremely well so far.

I voted way above average. To be honest, I didn't want to at first. I thought that might be me being biased. But then I read the stats Longtime posted. I went to NFL.com and noticed that Aaron is 6th in the entire league in Passer Rating. He is on the cusp of making the Pro Bowl in the NFC. In the AFC he'd be a near lock to make it.

Honestly, and objective measure shows this kid being a top 10 QB in the league right now.

I voted Way above average. Why? I can't think of more than five QBs I'd rather have.

He's played extremely well, despite holding on to the ball too long and lack of general experience.

Smart, tough, and gritty. He's going to be a good one.

4-4 is average.

.500 football.

He can't put a team on his back and win one for you, like the other guy could.

As a matter of fact, Skip Bayless said that "If Ted Thompson would have let Brett Favre in that locker room, the Packers would be 7-1 right now".....

...and I believe him!

sigh, you just dont get it do you?

He is part of a TEAM just like last year..They lost as a team and not from the int in over time..

can't you just stfu one time about the other guy?

I voted above average,

I will include the whole team here, it is a team game, playing above average as a team, but still not enough experience to win the tough, tight battles like yesterday.

That all comes with experience, 4-4 is average, 6-2 the rest of the year and they will be above average.

In know order I'd put the following QB's ahead of him when everyone is healthy

Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Donovan McNabb, Tony Romo, Jay Cutler, Brett Favre, Matt Hasselbeck, Drew Brees, Eli Manning, Ben Roethlisberger, Carson Palmer, Phillip Rivers, and maybe Kurt Warner right now.

That makes Aaron Rodgers a top 15 QB right now. I kind of rate him and Jason Campbell out very similar.

By this time next year if he improves, I'll probably move him ahead of the likes of Matt Hasselbeck and Kurt Warner.

Again just my opinion and I think this is very good for a first year QB.

This year though, he's been a top 10 QB, but I'm not one to be fast to jump the gun and "crown" him so to speak. See Ryan Grant as an example.

Well said Porky88.
He is a very good 1st year player (starter). He has done a good job but he will be even better in a few years.
+1.

dfosterf (2h) : Put him at right guard. That is where he will be coached. That is where he will compete. He is not even allowed to look at the LT playbook.

Martha Careful (5-Apr) : Diggs has not stepped up in the playoffs and has a high cost
beast (5-Apr) : Probably not going to let Diggs walk away unless he's horrible... but according to reports he also might not be as good as he used to be.
beast (5-Apr) : The 25th pick in the draft has been an offensive player since 2017, 2 TE, 2 WR, 1 RB, 1 OC
Mucky Tundra (5-Apr) : Odd, why give up a 2025 2nd Rounder for him if you're just gonna let him walk?

Zero2Cool (4-Apr) : The 25th pick in the draft hasn't been made by it's original holder since 2016.
Mucky Tundra (4-Apr) : Gotta imagine that Green Bay vs Houston will be a primetime game this upcoming season
    Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : No. Kill QB. No worries. 😁
