I was saying earlier to my friend that it is such a crappy, but good rule. It hinders the development some guys can gain by going through these off-season practices. Then again, it is important to finish up school.

I despise the NBA because they allow KIDS to come to the league 1 year after playing college basketball. It is by far the dumbest thing ever. Adding that rule from the last (being allowed to come straight from HS) literally did nothing. I know these aren't the same things but I am glad the NFL inputs a rule that makes these players finish college before starting their new job.
