The Packers will start the regular season with a pair of largely untested offensive tackles, which has generated some concern about how well quarterback Aaron Rodgers will be protected this season. General Manager Ted Thompson is not among those concerned about how things are going to play out. During an interview with Mike Vandermause of...

“It would probably depend on who the people were,” Thompson said. “Go on with their life, everything else will be fine.”

I'll be disappointed if Sherrod's not activated this season.

I like Thompson. He reminds me of David Byrne.

When you put the best QB in the league behind a consistent medicore line where he is running for his life and taking boatloads of sacks eventually the inability to deal with the O-line is gonna bite us in the ass. Either that will be a Rodgers season-ending injury, or eventually when his legs are not as lively a guy that just can't get to the safe spot in time to make the throw to the open guy. Worst would be a pissed off QB who wants out. Don't think it will ever get there, but who knows.

I'll be dissapointed if nerdman isn't diasapointed!!!

I think Ted is saying, "talk is cheap', you all STFU and just watch and our tackles will shut you up for good!!!

Then again, maybe the situation will inspire Aaron to get the ball out.

Didn't hear anything about them using a 2.5 second clock in training camp this year. Not sure if I'm happy or disappointed by that.

Mucky Tundra (3-Apr) : Diggs, Collins, Dell and Schultz is gonna be tough to cover
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Stefon Diggs' trade will not be processed as a post-June 1 designation, so that is just over $31 million in dead cap this year.
