Sorry..missed the "shock" aspect.. how about this nugget claimed by Bayless.

"Tim Tebow is the next Brett Favre!"

For months and months he was proclaiming him to be the next coming.. dismissing the fact that his game needed developing like.. accurate passing.

"The oranges are dry; the apples are mealy; and the papayas... I don't know what's going on with the papayas!"
