The Packers depth chart shows 4 Tight Ends on the roster.
1) Richard Rodgers - R
2) Brandon Bostick - 2yr
3) Andrew Quarless - 5yr
4) Ryan Taylor - 4yr

None of the above have been outstanding at Tight End. It looks like it is Richard Rodgers (R) turn to "step up". May he be the answer that many have been hoping for. [cheers]

I know these guys help out in the blocking game, but I find it hard to see Janis in street clothes while these guys suit up. Somebody needs to step up and help with the red zone offense.

While R. Rodgers learns the playbook and earns AR's trust it's Bostick's turn to take the reigns. Desperately need someone to soften-up the middle of the field and I think it'll be Bostick the next few weeks.

They have so much talent at WR I don't feel bad if the TE is a solid to outstanding blocker.

Keep in mind with as weak as the OT play has been the TE needs to save Aaron's life.

Packers miss Jermichael Finley alot more than some like to admit. When healthy, he forced the defenses to account for him, which helped the rest of the WR's alot. We dont have anyone even close to his talent or anyone for the defenses to fear.

Look at what Finley was doing at this point in his career. Jack shit, aside from running his mouth. Rodgers not only shuts his pie hole, but he gets with the program as well.

Another career being cast into the shitter by the Packers training staff.

I don't know why so many folks are so high on Bostick.
I guess I would like to see him get on the field to earn those accolades.

I don't recall , but does anyone recall The Packers using a two Tight End set other than a jumbo set 10 yds or less from the end zone. I mean as part of a regular offensive plan. :-k
