I agree with Wade, if we beat Seattle we should be the Super Bowl Favorite.
Neither AFC team is as good as the Green Bay Packers.

There are four teams left and the Green Bay Packers are one of the four and some still want to say they are not a contender? Are you trucking kiddin me here?

Most of the time, the cream rises to the top, and I expected the Packers to do just that, unless decimated by injury.

Speaking of that, how impressive is it that the Packers have stayed so healthy this season? It's about time!!

It will always come back to your personal definition of what constitutes a true contender. For me it's a team that very well could win the SB. That is not and has not been the Green Bay Packers for the majority of the year save for the New England win.

After the NE win, the way for them to be true contenders was to secure HFA which they squandered in Buffalo relegating them to pretender status, again.

How bad are the Seahawks going to drill the Packers on Sunday? That will define just how much we were or weren't contenders. I say we get beaten by at least as much as last time, and I expect it to be more. A route.

If a team is good enough to win at home, I think at the bare minimum you should consider them to be good enough to be competitive, if not "contend" for a win on the road. I don't dispute HFA that exists, especially with the 12th man, but you're still acknowledging they could beat the Seahawks under certain circumstances, so how wouldn't you then be considered a contender?

Ultimately who cares? They're not handing out Lombardis for who we think are the real contenders.

Rodgers on one leg is going to have a tough time beating a lot of teams...Dallas for one. The fact Rodgers isn't Rodgers actually allows me to stomach the fact we blew HFA because we're unlikely to beat Seattle anywhere without our 2 legged QB.

As for the game, I really wish the other guys would pick Rodgers up and play out of their asses for once. But I tend to agree with you on this game, and have since the Buffalo shitfest. We'll know soon enough.

beast (20-Apr) : I'm not sure they have different playbooks for different OL positions, and Dillard run blocking is supposedly worse than his pass blocking..

dfosterf (19-Apr) : Put him at right guard. That is where he will be coached. That is where he will compete. He is not even allowed to look at the LT playbook.
dfosterf (18-Apr) : Kidding aside, I hope the best for him.
dfosterf (18-Apr) : Went to a Titans board. One comment there. Not very long. I quote: "LOL" They don't sound overly upset about our aquisition.
