"You're playing in a game, it's raining a little bit on and off, you're on turf," McCarthy said. "So he played the high side of caution there."

The softness of Mike McCarthy rearing it's ugly head.
The Super Bowl was on the line, you gotta let it all hang out Mike!

why is he still our head coach? If it wasn't for Rodgers, he'd would not be a head coach in the NFL. Remember how well he coached the team when Rodgers broke his collar bone? When Rodgers went down,MM showed he can't win when he has to think about it and not just let his QB bail his ass out. We just have to resign ourselves to the fact that Green Bay will never win anything again and Rodgers career will be wasted, unless Mike McCarthy gives up his play calling duties, or gets fired. Yeah FUCK YOU McCrappy!

We lost with god awful QB play but he got decent QB play out of a guy that teams with horrible QB situations passed on.

The problem as I see it is, this is an example of something that will NOT get fixed. Obviously Mike think it's just OK to down INTs like that. I mean really, why hand the ball to Lacy? After all HE MIGHT FUMBLE! Why even TRY to advance the ball? F'n stupid.

It's like the other thread about Brad Jones. The other team studies the film. They see he is doing something stupid, week after week. Our staff does not see that. Or at least does not CORRECT what he is doing wrong. It gets exploited at the worst possible time.

As long as this bullshit doesn't get corrected, it will continue.

Maybe someone should ask Mike if he thinks there's anything wrong with Brad Jones cheating to the inside on FG blocks.

I can see this forum is gonna be nothing but joke.

Little detail you all forgot to mention in 2013 is all the other starters that went down before and after Aaron.

Yet The Packers still won their division and was. Mica Hyde dropped interception away from upsetting The 49rs, while playing with only ONE healthy LBs, no Sam Shields, no Perry, D. Jones was forced to play lb.

Yet they were there.

You all need to become Brown fans, then you would understand what bad coaching is all about.

GET THE FUCK OVER IT!!!!!!!!!

2015 is right around the corner.
I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!

Brad Jones and AJ Hawk come to mind as two people that JSonline and packersnews were itching all year to get sound bites on, and to my knowledge he rarely gave them anything. Mike McCarthy spoke through his actions with reduced playing time.

If Mike ACTUALLY feels it was a good idea to kneel, then yes, I join all of your frustration. I just think he's shielding his player.

Brad also caused the first fumble on the k.o. return. He was paid a starter's salary and reduced to st duty and some infrequent playing time on d. I imagine he'll be cut too.

Going starter to hardly seeing the field is a form of accountability.

And back to mike, again my hunch with this quote is he's just not calling out players in public is all...not that he agrees with conceding 20+ yards with 5 min to go.
