1. Aaron Rodgers rolls right, JJ coming back for ball is open. If JJ doesn’t need to leap it’s a catch; but Aaron Rodgers threw high and but Newman pushes JJ OOB. [100% fault AR]

2. Well designed play, play action to Starks up middle; then fake to RC on end-around and with all day to throw and JJ was WIDE OPEN. Aaron Rodgers missed JJ; but threw over his head in ground in front of DA. I think the throw was to DA. Aaron Rodgers gave DA the two-finger in the eye gesture indicating they needed to look. So DA probably was supposed come back in middle. Only a complete ASSHOLE misses a thrown to a WIDE-OPEN JJ and then shows up a teammate on TV. [100% fault Aaron Rodgers for missing WIDE OPEN Jones and being an asshole]

3. Vikes rush 6. RR goes out 5 yards and sits in right hook zone gap open; Aaron Rodgers pumps right to Cobb and tries to hit JJ on a wheel route down left sideline. The 2014-AR knew he wouldn’t have time for such a play and would have hit RR for 5-6 yards [100% fault AR]. And his stupidity caused him to take a hit.

4. Another real nifty play off play action Aaron Rodgers spins to hit JJ in flat. The play action sucked everyone in; if JJ breaks tackle of CB he’s going a long way. But JJ ran a slant and Aaron Rodgers did a nice job of throwing ball into the ground when his WR was not in flat [100% JJ’s fault].

5. Aaron Rodgers had not great but a decent opportunity to throw. Cobb was sitting in right hook zone gap facing Aaron Rodgers w/ Hendricks on his right hip and open for a thrown to his left. JJ did a cross and Aaron Rodgers should have anticipated him coming open and he was after he cleared LBers. [Fault: 70% AR; 10% OL; 20% WR separation].

6. JJ runs a beautiful comeback route at right SL; he’s open, Aaron Rodgers throws almost a perfect strike [ball was at JJ’s chin as opposed to his #s] and JJ dropped it [100% JJ fault].

7. Aaron Rodgers in pocket; tackles are getting pushed back Aaron Rodgers throws ball away as it didn’t look like anyone had separation; but Starks was wide open in right flat [fault: 90% AR; 5 % OL; 5% WR separation].

8. Aaron Rodgers throws slant to Adams who was open and Griffen bats ball down. But he didn’t rush and Aaron Rodgers couldn’t have anticipated this. [100% fault of good D play call and execution].

9. Aaron Rodgers throws ball away Lang gave up a pressure. [Fault: 70 % OL; 30% WR separation].

10. Great protection- Cobb has a half step in the middle of endzone. An MVP QB makes this precision throw. It would have required near perfect execution [Fault: 20% Rodgers; 80% things don’t always work out].

11. Cobb and Aaron Rodgers not on same page [Fault: Not sure]

12. RRodgers and Aaron Rodgers not on same page. RR needs to read safeties and decide to turn in or out. The safeties were in the exact same position for depth and in and out of RR, so at a glance its 50-50. But because there are 2 WR to RR’s out that out safety should be going w/ WRs; the in safety will be there if RR does an in. RR should have turned out right where Aaron Rodgers delivered the ball; but he turned in [Very very tough split second read; but 100% RR’s fault].

13. Another real nice play v. 2 deep. Janis lines up in slot and runs an out. The only one there to cover him was LB; so Janis should get pass, turn the corner and gets at least 8 yards; but he’s loose in the open field and look out, it could be a big play. But Aaron Rodgers gets a late read and throws off balance, late and way off target [100% Ar’s fault].

14. Good protection; Cobb runs a good route, a Aaron Rodgers scrambles right Cobb is wide open; Aaron Rodgers either tried to lead him to the middle of the field [il-advised because Cobb was open and stationary] or the throw was off target Cobb had to reach for the ball; but it did hit his hands, 10M WRs make this catch. [Fault: 60% Cobb; 40% AR].

15. Joseph Pushes up the middle; Robison outside too much pressure. RR is open on come back on left sideline but w/ Robison is in AR’s face and he almost made the completion [OL 100% at fault].

16. This is the classic Jordy 60 yard TD pass play. Sweet Play action, the OL totally sold it; Aaron Rodgers has an eternity to measure an throw Janis is open. Scenario 1: Aaron Rodgers simply misses him [100% AR’s fault]; or scenario 2 [most likely] Janis ran the route too flat causing him to turn up field and catch ball over his shoulder [100% Janis’ fault]. When Jordy ran that route he’s catch the ball running at a 45 to AR, turn his shoulders and it’d land right in the bread basket

17. Rodgers rolls left hits Lacy right in numbers for first; but Lacy drop it [100% Lacy fault]

18. Rodgers hits Cobb right in the numbers for 1st; Cobb dropd it [100% Cobb’s fault]

I'd love to applaud this 1000x. Should do this every week until Arod looks like himself.

What the fans of this team needs for their own good is 10 years of a rotation of quarterbacks at the quality of Tavarais Jackson. The fans of our division rivals must think we are the biggest pussies on earth, complaining about a quarterback with a career rating of over 100%. Pathetic.

It definitely seemed they were scheming guys open, especially early in this game.

Mike had some new wrinkles in the offense for sure. Just gotta execute.

GREAT post btw.👍

Had Ted been doing his job, we should have had a dynasty going, not a string of choke jobs in the playoffs. If you expect me to applaud that, well, you'll be waiting a long time.

Ted's earned every bit of criticism he gets by being bull headed to a fault. Not addressing the tight end position this season, filling the OLB position with a bunch of defensive ends since the inception of the 3-4 in GB, and going with AJ Hawk two years too long has cost this team dearly. Is there somebody else I should be assigning blame to? If so, please enlighten me.

A lot of effort into this post - very good. I haven't had a chance to rewatch the game, but I do recall a few of these plays - especially the Cobb drop.

It was not an amazing showing, but much better than the past few weeks.. I saw people getting open - which is a good sign, now Rodgers needs to take advantage. I think we will see a better performance against the Bears - they have something to build on finally.

Rodgers could have been 10x better than Joe Montana in his previous 8 seasons but that doesn't mean he's playing particularly well the last 7 or so weeks and doesn't deserve criticism for it. He even said it himself, he's playing scared and it shows. There's nothing wrong with pointing that out.

The Redskins in '72 PO game played a 5 man DL w/ 3 DBs that is how much the QB sucked. They shut down the run game 27-66 and one run was for 18 yards, so that's less than 2 YPC w/o the long run. Playing just 3 DBs hunter was 12-24-150-0-1Int. and the WRs 5 catches for 74 yards, half the pass yardage was dump offs to backs. Tavaris Jackson would have looked like Bart Starr compared to Noodle armed Hunter. The other 21 starters were damn good.

in 25 years, GB only got a few good years from Dickey, who was less durable than Abberderis, and 1 year of Magic. Then all of a sudden we got Brooks, Hasselbeck, Favre and Brunell.

[Now after that trip down memory lane I needed some therapy and a shower, now I'm back]

But, I guess I'm missing the logic here. I'm evaluating his play and evaluating his role as a leader, not "complaining." Is he good in 2015 because he set the record for Passer rating in 2011? If you believe he played well, then provide counter-argument.

Or can we not criticize GB idols? IMO, it's that attitude that made us post season misfits, if we made it there, 2000-2008.
