I am a GOLF FAN.
I love watching the best of the best play the game. I am a Mike Weir fan, he is by far may favorite player.
Right now, on SATURDAY for Christ's sake. I have delayed my trip to fish for Steel head to the afternoon so I could watch some of the Pebble Beach Classic on CBS.
I realize this is a tournament that has celebrities playing, but Damn. CBS should lose the right to broadcast this event.
As a GOLF FAN I do not give a Rat's Ass about analyzing Justin Timberlake's swing, or watching Bill Murray set up a 5 foot put, or an interview with Payton Manning about his back nine, or seeing Rush Limbaugh shank one out of the bunker .

It is a Freaking PGA EVENT. I have not seen coverage of any of the leaders... Including Weir who is tied for third right now according to my on line coverage.
REALLY... This is a commercial for every CBS sitcom and program.
Let the entertainment channel broadcast their own coverage, and let me watch the damn event.
