Look I am not saying Monty can’t carry the ball a few times. He may break off a big one. What I am saying is he and Cobb shouldn’t be counted on as the #2 RB behind Lacy.

The problem with WRs pretending to be RBs is they have to be fast enough to get outside but unless the D completely fails to have someone in contain the WR can't get outside far enough to use his speed. They certainly are not strong enough to run inside and break a couple of tackles.

He never stopped battling for that extra yard, especially if he needed a first down. And unlike so many receivers in this league, he almost never lost possession of the ball while fighting for those last few inches. Even more amazingly, he didn't get hurt either.

If Aaron continues to play at this level I think his chances of making the HoF will diminish.
