It's very difficult to asses this team, we lost at home against Dallas and crushed Chicago but the Cowboys are a good team and the Bears are a shame, are we just one of those in-the-middle teams that will defeat the clowns and lose against the decent ones? This game was never close, the 1st half was a fluke and with some normal breaks should have ended 38-3.

The Glass Half Full:

- Ty Montgomery: Of course, he can play any position. I really hope he wasn't in shape the first 4 games, otherwise not using him is enough to fire the coach. Monty can run, can catch, can even block.
- Davante Adams: What a night! For some exotic reason he seems to be better when the pass is not very on-target so he might be the ideal receiver for Aaron Rodgers.
- Kenny Clark: Not only he disrupted the Bears' OL, he was also chasing guys around, we don't see DLs chasing players around the field often.
- Aaron Ripkowski: He is doing more each game and I think he can be a very complete player if he gets his gist around catching the football. His blocking was superb and he run very hard when he got the ball.
- Kentrell Brice: There's a difference between Brice and Burnett, neither is very good at defending the pass, neither is very fast but Bryce can hit, he will arrive and he will make you sore.

The Glass Half Empty:

- Ha Ha Clinton Dix: I don't know what else to say about him, he is a complete non-factor, he is not making plays, he is not helping in coverage because he is always late, he is not even showing in the TV cameras. Something is wrong with #21.
- Richard Rodgers: I have bad news, we don't have a TE, Rodgers is not very good at blocking, is not very fast, he is worst than a TE running routes and worst than a FB blocking.
- Aaron Rodgers: 56 freaking passes, Brees would have ended with 500+ yards and 5+ TDs with so many chances. Correction 56 passes against the Bears! He was off-target too many times, the TD pass to Adams completely wide open is the best example, he caught it but heck the pass was really bad...

Next: The Bears played without a QB so our secondary had a vacation. Atlanta will be different, our secondary will be tested and our offense will have to be sharp to put enough points in the board. If I have to be honest it looks like we will lose because we have lost against all the decent teams this season.

KENTRELL BRICE ran a 4.4 forty, that's pretty good for a Safety.

Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix is playing quite well.

Richard Rodgers is who we knew he was.

Aaron Rodgers threw it 56 times.

Eh normally low ypa for a QB is a bad sign but if the offense is moving the ball and QB is completing a high % of passes which is what happened last night then it doesn't really matter. If the offense is getting down the field it really doesn't matter if it's in big chunks or little chunks. We had 21 passing first downs last night and were over 50% on 3rd down.

Montgomery should probably have been used more the first 4 games but remember that with his injury last season he missed a lot of practice (including this year's TC). He probably needed some extra time catching up on things.

HHCD hasn't been making a lot of big plays but he's seemed to be where he needs to. With our top 3 CBs being out I think our hhcd+burnett are playing deep/outside more to give gunter aND Goodson help. So if you don't hear hhcds name it's probably a good thing since that probably means no deep passes are being completed.

I doubt anyone would argue Nick Collins wasn't a great S and he would go for decent stretches where you wouldn't hear from him because QBs weren't going at him. I bet if we had Shields, Randall and Rollins all out there you'd see the safeties more because we'd be getting them closer to the ball instead of helping the back up CBs all game.

Half full: over 100 yards rushing and 4.5 YPC running the ball mostly with wide receivers.

Yes, it was "Da Bears", but we fell behind, and the team "woke up" and took care of business.

Do I think that this win makes us a "great" team? No. But I'm happy with beating the Bears, when we lost at home last season to them.

As stated many times, Richard Rodgers is horrible. Looks like an offensive tackle lumbering around out there.

We need a running game, and we need someone who can get deep.

On D, we need to get some DBs back. Not as worried about the D.

dfosterf (1h) : Put him at right guard. That is where he will be coached. That is where he will compete. He is not even allowed to look at the LT playbook.

dfosterf (17h) : Suit him up and have him stand in front of the big board as a draft day cautionary tale.

Martha Careful (5-Apr) : Diggs has not stepped up in the playoffs and has a high cost
beast (5-Apr) : Probably not going to let Diggs walk away unless he's horrible... but according to reports he also might not be as good as he used to be.
beast (5-Apr) : The 25th pick in the draft has been an offensive player since 2017, 2 TE, 2 WR, 1 RB, 1 OC
Mucky Tundra (5-Apr) : Odd, why give up a 2025 2nd Rounder for him if you're just gonna let him walk?

Mucky Tundra (4-Apr) : Gotta imagine that Green Bay vs Houston will be a primetime game this upcoming season
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : No. Kill QB. No worries. 😁
Mucky Tundra (3-Apr) : Diggs, Collins, Dell and Schultz is gonna be tough to cover
