One thing I've seen with Haha this season is he's over adjusting to the poor CB play... so he leaves early on the first potential problem because he doesn't trust the CBs (and possibly very rightfully so this season), but leaving early opens up a second route/hole which offensive play calls at times have seemed to target and been going for.
I think Haha was trying to do too much to help the CBs and thereby giving the offense another opening they could work with because Haha was predictable in trying to help very quickly and not waiting for the QB to make a move... thus allowing the QB to go the opposite way.
If Brice develops enough that they can use him often at S... and resign Hyde... I'm wondering if we might be able to see a lot of Hyde and Burnett at CB/LB hybrid positions a lot more often. That's the one out of the box potentially fix I see for early next season. Though the plan has some limitations because they don't quite play like CB/LB so they could be targeted in some way but they have done well in those roles.
