The late hit on the Packer WR that didn't make the catch SHOULD have been called. The ref was RIGHT THERE, and shouldn't have let the defender get away with a cheap shot. Preseason or not, let these guys know that that is NOT acceptable.

Good updates
  • Dupre and Randall were with the Packers team today, but both in the concussion protocol.
  • Don Barclay's ankle injury was not as serious as initially feared (no timetable)
  • Rayshean Pringle has a stinger.
  • Kentrell Brice dislocated his finger.
  • Richard Rodgers hurt his hand and Packers are trying to figure out how to protect it, which is why he didn't play in the game.

The Packers have submitted videos to the NFL of hits by Eagles players that knocked out Green Bay's Malachi Dupre and Damarious Randall on separate plays.

And the fact that I've worked/studied at a bookstore on the local college campus... and at times students don't wear as much... even when you REALLY REALLY WISH they did! That first week of warm weather after winter especially, and college students are basically wearing the bare minimum, walking around showing a lot of skin... again, it's not all pretty.

Never got quite this bad though... this is said to be the LSU Library (warning nudity)

Hope the kid turns out to be OK. But enough with the fine crap. There was absolutely nothing wrong with that hit. It was nothing more than a hard tackle. Take off your skirts.

Though I'm disappointed I can't video the best angle they showed of the hit, which might of been in some sort of slowmotion, which you could clearly see the players went crown of helmet first into Dupre's collarbone area.

If he would have even put his arms out as if attempting to tackle him it may have been different but he didn't even do that. He simply ran his helmet straight into MDs body. The guy is lucky he didn't get hurt himself.

Randall's hit wasn't as bad but still kinda dirty imo, crackback blocks should be monitored even more stridently considering the player getting hit often is blindsided. Randall didn't know anything was coming until the guy was launching his helmet underneath his chin, pretty excessive considering he probably could have blocked him out with just a body shot.

Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : No. Kill QB. No worries. 😁
Mucky Tundra (3-Apr) : Diggs, Collins, Dell and Schultz is gonna be tough to cover
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Stefon Diggs' trade will not be processed as a post-June 1 designation, so that is just over $31 million in dead cap this year.
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Bills trading WR Stefon Diggs to the Texans in exchange for a 2025 2nd-round pick. (via @rapsheet)
