I joked about it at the beginning of training camp. "How many games will players miss this year, just due to hamstrings?" This shit has gone too damn far, and if it continues, Mike needs to GO.

We're "ALL IN" for a SB run this hear, right? How about stretching once in a damn while? We've got our top THREE tackles out. Ok just TWO of them are with hammies. Then there's Davon House, couple other guys too. That is RIDICULOUS.

Now everyone can sit there and bitch about TED, when all he did was give us 4th and 5th stringers at this position that HELD UP against the second best team in the NFL.

A "HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL NFL COACH" needs to pull his head out of his ass once in awhile and fix a problem when it continues over the course of an entire decade. Get BJ Raji and Tramon Williams on the phone. We need the number for their yoga instructor. Maybe SHE will know wtf she's doing.

Yet another in a long line of nationally broadcast humiliations under Mike McCarthy.

I think you're being pretty melodramatic about something that is largely uncontrollable. Sure there are some prevention techniques that could be used but I'd imagine that's more on the players to perform/maintain then the head coach. Don't get me wrong, McCarthy is really starting to grind my gears with the way he's forcing this team to play away from what made them successful years ago but blaming him for injuries seems a little far fetched, if anyone I would imagine the strength and conditioning staff should be the ones with the spotlights on them. Also injuries are just going to happen when you have a roster of 55 players playing a highly physical contact sport, should be happy they are soft tissue injures instead of tears or breaks.

Listening and reading some of you so called "Packer Fans" has become embarrassing. You all look like a bunch of whiney little babies. Please go become a fan of the Vikings or Lions. You are disgraces as Packer Fans.

The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

I may not be as vocal as Nerdmann, but I agree with him. (we are both healthcare practitioners)

I used to be a bodybuilder when I was younger and I used to injure myself All the time. The biggest thing that I did to change this and to prevent injuries was to stretch and I dont mean just a 5 min stretch Im talking about at least for 20 - more like 30-45 mins was optimal.

oh and to put things into perspective - Ive been a chiropractor for 20 years; and the biggest thing that impedes a patient getting better in the long term is lack of flexibility and strength with the affected area.

anyways it doesnt take a rocket scientist to know what the pack is doing as far as their warming up/stretching is not working.

On the subject of warming up the muscles, I once heard a player say that he and some others on his team would utilize the hot tub before dressing and stretching out. That could help those that are most in danger of harming leg/groin muscles like the CBs , LBs, WRs, RBs, TEs, and QBs. A full out program could require construction of additional facilities for home and for Away teams as well. It could add up to being money well spent .

[cheers]

I remember watching a Packers practice couple seasons ago and the players were half assing stretches and I was thinking, this is probably why you fools get these soft tissue (pulled muscle) injuries. STRETCH LIKE YOU MEAN IT !!!

Mucky Tundra (5h) : Now look, trading up to 13 to take a TE might not seem like a good idea later but it will be later!
dfosterf (7h) : (Your trade up mock post)
dfosterf (8h) : Mucky- The only thing fun to watch would be me flipping the f out if Gute goes up to 13 and grabs Brock Bowers, lol

Mucky Tundra (17h) : @JoeJHoyt Murphy said he’s been told he won’t slide past pick No. 16.

Martha Careful (23-Apr) : *game plan
Martha Careful (23-Apr) : IMHO, not even close. He is not a guy you game play around.
Mucky Tundra (23-Apr) : is Aiyuk worth a 1st rounder?
Zero2Cool (23-Apr) : 49ers are seeking a 1st round pick in exchange for WR Brandon Aiyuk

dfosterf (21-Apr) : One playbook to my knowledge. I was shooting for facetious.
beast (20-Apr) : I'm not sure they have different playbooks for different OL positions, and Dillard run blocking is supposedly worse than his pass blocking..
dfosterf (19-Apr) : The only problem with that is he isn't a guard either.
dfosterf (19-Apr) : Put him at right guard. That is where he will be coached. That is where he will compete. He is not even allowed to look at the LT playbook.
dfosterf (18-Apr) : Kidding aside, I hope the best for him.
dfosterf (18-Apr) : Went to a Titans board. One comment there. Not very long. I quote: "LOL" They don't sound overly upset about our aquisition.
