Yes Aaron Jones did very well, but it was against an injured\poor Cowboys defense, when the Packers had their healthiest OL.

I'm not knocking Jones, just saying I believe Monty would of done a hell lot better against the Cowboys than the Seahawks, Bengals, etc... especially with them still figuring out what to do with the injured OL.

It's hard to say how Monty would have done. That said, a one two punch would be great! Opening up the play action pass would give us a new twist and keep the D off of Rodgers.

Aaron Jones doesn't have the measurements to be a RB.

Same with Jamaal.
When Randall Cobb comes in(yes they still do that), he is in for every down

Mike said he hopes to at some point have a 1-4 punch.
Still plenty of football left.
Packers are going to need all these guys to get through to February.

There is a "I don't know what it is" with Jones in the backfield. Perhaps it is the line, but he just seems to be comfortable hitting the holes and making cuts when needed. This kid is pretty exciting. Is last week an over-evaluation of his talent? Maybe, but if our week-to-week is 80% I'm ok with that.

beast (3-Apr) : Using Patterson as RB and RB/WR tweener... so I think they also signed Patterson as a 3rd down RB, not just a kick returner as articles are
