I heard back from the office that Gute liked your list until he saw you only had one punter on the roster.

I don't see how house isn't at least number 5 CB.

What do you all think about this?

WR/TE: I'd rather have the 7th WR than the 4th TE right now. While it's a stretch to think they'll actually do it, I think the Packers should consider keeping 7 WRs with the 3 rookies showing talent but not being ready yet, Allison and Kumerow ready to step up... and Adams and Cobb at the top. Cobb and Allison are FAs at the end of the season, and so those 7 WRs this year might become the 5 WRs next year if you don't resign the FAs... and you didn't have to draft anybody.

OL: No Spriggs? ... I think they need Spriggs for OT depth and I'm not ready to give up on his potential yet. From what I've read about Bell, it sounds like he's struggling so far. While I had high hopes for Amichia, I haven't heard much good about him yet either.

DL/OLB: 3-4 DLs usually have 5 or 6. I think they should be able to sneak Lancaster over to the PS.

OLB: I think Fackrell will be a better fit in this defense, and sounds like Fackrell has been doing better against Bak in practice this year. Beat him on a one on one rep, and some said he was threatening the edge on the play Bak sprain his ankle, and Bak was hurrying to try to catch up (I haven't been able to rewatch to confirm). Plus I've been thinking Matthews and Fackrell (coverage ability) might end up helping at ILB some this year. Watching Kendall Donnerson film, he looked like a better athlete than football player at that point... though he MIGHT earn a spot via STs (great MEAN athlete for his size), I'm giving the edge to Odom right now (pun wasn't intended; they're at the edge position).

CB: I think House makes in... I'm having trouble ranking the CBs after House and Jackson.

S: I think Whitehead makes it, he's been improving in coverage and earned more playing time late last year and they have been working him all over from FS to Dime LB. Also they need a back-up FS and Whitehead is their only half proven option... Brice might also be an option but he's always injured.

LS: It's going to come down to the preseason games, but so far the reports have said the drafted LS has been messing up more often than the NON-drafted one.

Davon House and Lenza Pipkins are so close. I want to see who makes more plays. Pipkins could be a surprise.

Mucky Tundra (12-Apr) : Draft is still 2 weeks away. UGH

Zero2Cool (8-Apr) : Or in Tunsil's case, something gets released day of draft or day before lol
Zero2Cool (8-Apr) : Seems every year someone does something pre-draft.

dfosterf (8-Apr) : Allright! Potential character guy/f#×k up pickup in D'Vondre Sweat!
    Zero2Cool (7-Apr) : Go Badgers!!!
Martha Careful (6-Apr) : Go Boilermakers!!!
Martha Careful (5-Apr) : Diggs has not stepped up in the playoffs and has a high cost
beast (5-Apr) : Probably not going to let Diggs walk away unless he's horrible... but according to reports he also might not be as good as he used to be.
beast (5-Apr) : The 25th pick in the draft has been an offensive player since 2017, 2 TE, 2 WR, 1 RB, 1 OC
Mucky Tundra (5-Apr) : Odd, why give up a 2025 2nd Rounder for him if you're just gonna let him walk?
Zero2Cool (4-Apr) : Texans to let Diggs be free agent in '25
buckeyepackfan (4-Apr) : 49r's aign RB Patrick Taylor.
Martha Careful (4-Apr) : Reversion to the mean would indicate we will keep it
    Zero2Cool (4-Apr) : It's also been utilized in a trade in 14 of the past 20 years
Zero2Cool (4-Apr) : The 25th pick in the draft hasn't been made by it's original holder since 2016.
Mucky Tundra (4-Apr) : Gotta imagine that Green Bay vs Houston will be a primetime game this upcoming season
    Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : No. Kill QB. No worries. 😁
Mucky Tundra (3-Apr) : Diggs, Collins, Dell and Schultz is gonna be tough to cover
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Stefon Diggs' trade will not be processed as a post-June 1 designation, so that is just over $31 million in dead cap this year.
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Bills trading WR Stefon Diggs to the Texans in exchange for a 2025 2nd-round pick. (via @rapsheet)
beast (3-Apr) : Using Patterson as RB and RB/WR tweener... so I think they also signed Patterson as a 3rd down RB, not just a kick returner as articles are
beast (3-Apr) : I think PFT missed the real Steelers/Patterson connection, Steelers new OC Arthur Smith has been Patterson's head coach the last 3 years
wpr (2-Apr) : It has Martha. I was stunned when I was in HS to learn Iowa was still playing half court BB in the 70's.
Martha Careful (2-Apr) : Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese...women's sports has come a long way. GREAT TO SEE!!
Martha Careful (31-Mar) : Happy Easter everyone. I hope you all have a great day.
