I joined a few years ago during the offseason to get more info about the Packers. I was tired of relying on Packers.com and a few other sites for info.

Living in DC, it is nice to be able to watch all the Packers games instead of the Skins every Sunday. 🙂

I was part of the old forum, then helped the transition over here. Now I spend my time elsewhere (almost) entirely.

Someone at another site gave me a link to here.
Comfortable layout, good Packer People.
I live in Germany& have had to listen to Packers games alone in a cold basement at 3 in the morning on a shitty AM radio. Imagine my surprise when this site broadcast the games & I could actually watch Packer games again! Part of the fun is being able to rant & rave live with other displaced fans. This site provides a service you cannot imagine, unless your NFL was taken away.

Well, I first joined to keep an eye on Zero2Cool....shifty character that he is!

When I joined there was pretty much just a handful of people, Z2C posting by and to himself.......and the occasional tumbleweed blowing through. :icon_smile:

Z2C, you have done well grasshopper.

Besides, every Vikings fan needs a place to "pee in Packer Fans cheerios" :thumbright:

dfosterf told me about you. He and I both used to be more frequent posters on another board (Packerchatters), and he thought I'd like hanging out with you guys from time to time. So I visited, was impressed, and joined.

And of course I'm always looking for new places to pontificate and confuse people. :)
