The Packers sure have done a good job controlling the ball lately on offense for a team that doesn't care about controlling it. It's a rudimentary statement: score a ton of points on offense and limit the points the other team with your defense and the team is going to be winning many more games than they lose. It's an aggressive style, not unlike Sean Peyton runs in New Orleans. Tired or not, the defense has to make more stops. Like Gilbert Brown said in his recent interview, the lackluster performance of the defense has as much to do with injuries causing a talent drain as anything else. If the Packers stay relatively healthy like the 49'ers did last season, they can keep up with anyone. If not, they still can, but it will be much more difficult.
