Hi...I became a fan when I was 8 yrs old....I grew up in Ma and won tickets to the Patriots/Packers game and beng 8 the best way I knew to get under my older brothers skin was to root for the Packers since he was and is a die hard Pats fan. As I grew up and learned about the history etc how could I not remain one?? I am 51 now and have a Packer Room in my house, I have 2 Packer Tattoos and the top thing on my bucket list after having open heart surgery was to get to Lambeau....I succeeded in taking that off the list following my surgery and went to see the Pack play the Pats at Lambeau...we lost but that was ok cuz I WAS AT LAMBEAU. I have gone every year since then....mostly to the Bears games...and I went to the Wildcard game last year. To say I feel blessed is an understatement. I went to my first Training Camp this summer....and took my 9 yr old grandson. BEST EXPERIENCE of my life...seeing his awe as he got autographs and had Andy Mulumba ride his bike to practice and Sam Barrington ride his bike after practice was amazing. My grandson who was following in his dads side and borderline Pats fan is now a true cheesehead!! He lives and breathes Packer Football now...he reads about them and is now fixated on his Bike Buddy Sam Barrington who took time to really talk to him. I was and always will be a GREEN BAY PACKER FAN!!! (And yes I am an owner too!! )

Welcome Kate. Great story.

My daughter turned away from the Packers to try and do the same thing. Dallas of of teams.

I had my son up in Green Bay when he was about 9. We talked about bringing his bike up the next year. he thought it over and decided not to take it. But he loved the idea of a big guy riding it.

wpr (1h) : So you are saying Jordy is 150-150 for Sunday U2?
uffda udfa (1h) : Jordy 50-50 for Sunday per Schefter.
uffda udfa (1h) : Jordy 50-50 for Sunday per Schefter.
uffda udfa (1h) : Jordy 50-50 for Sunday per Schefter.
Zero2Cool (1h) : Kidding, you might be right. I don't know.
Zero2Cool (1h) : hahaha no
steveishere (1h) : yeah after he was lined up inside
Zero2Cool (2h) : He did get some hurries and QB hits Sunday night though
Zero2Cool (2h) : I'd rather he just killed QB's than left.
wpr (10h) : well the good news is CM3 only has 1 more yr left on his contract.
Zero2Cool (10h) : Clay is useless in middle. Barely better outside.
Zero2Cool (10h) : Chuck Norris would have been scared.
steveishere (14h) : We should bring in Datone and run with him/brooks/fackrell rotation at OLB and let Clay play from inside where he actually makes an impact
uffda udfa (14h) : Last night, Jermichael Finley insinuates Rodgers was scared but quickly deletes tweet.
uffda udfa (15h) : Daniels MRI came back clean. Day to Day.
TheKanataThrilla (15h) : Unless he doesn`t want to be here, I still think he would be a great pick-up as he he knows our system.
uffda udfa (16h) : Datone apparently visited with Detroit, first.
uffda udfa (16h) : Datone Jones makes first FA visit to... New England
uffda udfa (17h) : Twitter doc, David Chao says Sam Bradford may miss 7-8 weeks.
uffda udfa (19h) : Or Jordy not Jody.
uffda udfa (19h) : Wilde has a picture up on Jody's knee. Looks like he banged his knee. Not good.
uffda udfa (19h) : Jordy should be fine but may miss a few weeks. Not season ending.
gbguy20 (19h) : had matt ryan, dFreeman, ty Montgomery and Davante Adams playing for me last night. worked out well
gbguy20 (19h) : before last nights game i was down by 70. now im up by 22.5. need the gints to stop stafford tonight
gbguy20 (19h) : it's nice seeing the bengals and bears up next
Zero2Cool (19h) : lol i can see if I can wrap the link into a clickable link. best of both worlds
gbguy20 (19h) : its a damn tease. now i have to google it
gbguy20 (19h) : especially since phones can't click links in shout and I can't copy and paste it either
Zero2Cool (20h) : The Packers and the Village of Ashwaubenon will officially dedicate a new roadway in Ashwaubenon as “Ron Wolf Way” tomorrow
Zero2Cool (20h) : can you stop posting links in shout and start a thread so they can be discussed? that'd be great ;)
uffda udfa (20h) : On Jordy: http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/sports/profootballdoc/sd-sp-pfd-jordy-nelson-injury-packers-0917-story.html
Zero2Cool (20h) : Aaron Nagler: I'll be very surprised if King isn't the starter opposite House next Sunday.
Zero2Cool (20h) : on*
Cheesey (21h) : "In the road?" Roadkill, maybe! On the road? Yuck! LOL!
Zero2Cool (18-Sep) : We're a long ways away from being contenders in the road.
