rodgers did all of this in a lot of pain. I give him so much credit for his performance this game.

Rodgers deserves no blame. He made one mistake in which he forced a pass on 3rd and 20. At that point we NEEDED a first down and that's to the offensive line we were put in a hole. There are only so many plays he could do there. Either big play down field, INC pass or INT. Nothing you can do about that. Oh and I forgot he threw 3 TD;'s and over 300 yards. Any way you spin this you can't blame Rodgers. Unless you want him to throw 4-5 TD's in a game instead of 3...

Um, it was like almost 5 mins left in the game from what I remember. I don't think you "NEEDED a first down". That makes no sense. Sorry.

Um, I don't even know how to respond to this. I don't think you really understand what is going on. You didn't even address the point, you didn't need a first down. Unless you have a magic ball that tells what happens in the future, I don't get your point. There could have been a fumble, a botched snap, etc. By throwing an INT, the game is surely over. Whereas if you punt it, the game is not over and anything can happen. But if you throw a ball that probably has zero percent chance of being caught by your own team, the game is over. But of course that makes too much sense....

BUT Rodgers had 3 TD's and 300+ yards. He played well. But he made a critical error that had a huge huge huge impact on the game. Which I'm sure he would even tell you. At the end of the day regardless of what the Defence is playing like:

You had the ball down 20-17 with all the time in the world on the clock. The defence was on the bench at the time (I'm not sure about this though).

He had the guy open over the top, He tried to get it deeper, ball never came out well and ended up short. Shit happens. But when a QB gets you 3 TD's and over 300 yards it's asinine to ask more. The D had chances to make stops and get us the ball back, they never got the job done. And when the game was on the line the O Line failed us and put us in BAD situations. ONLY bad things are going to happen when your in 3rd and 20 situations.

Special teams lost the game. We gave up too much field position.

if you're going to point fingers and blame some body for a loss then finley is just as much to blame as rodgers. but my point is there were too many reasons that contributed to why we lost the game if that makes sense.

Favre has never thrown a pick in a crucial spot right?!

Rodgers played his guts out today. At the very least he should get some respect for going out there time after time with a bummed shoulder and making things happen. Rodgers was actually very Favre like today. He played through the pain and did everything possible to win the game.

Like Favre, however, he did make a mistake, but this mistake didn't cost the Packers the game.

The overrated defense did.

I just think that Atari Bigby is such a big part of our run defense. With him out teams have just run around on us no problem. Stopping the run is what this team needs to focus on. Oh, and get Frost the eff out of here.

beast (5-Apr) : The 25th pick in the draft has been an offensive player since 2017, 2 TE, 2 WR, 1 RB, 1 OC
Mucky Tundra (5-Apr) : Odd, why give up a 2025 2nd Rounder for him if you're just gonna let him walk?
Zero2Cool (4-Apr) : Texans to let Diggs be free agent in '25

Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : No. Kill QB. No worries. 😁
Mucky Tundra (3-Apr) : Diggs, Collins, Dell and Schultz is gonna be tough to cover
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Stefon Diggs' trade will not be processed as a post-June 1 designation, so that is just over $31 million in dead cap this year.
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Bills trading WR Stefon Diggs to the Texans in exchange for a 2025 2nd-round pick. (via @rapsheet)
