Article saying, yes the Packers have alot of injuries, but it doesn't effect their win/loss record.

However, it’s pretty undeniable that the Packers as a franchise have either had consistent terrible luck or something else is at play. The Packers have had one of the worst strings of injuries over the last 4 years and it’s 99.9% significant compared to the rest of the league. Fingers have been pointed at pretty much every remote possibility; plenty have blamed Ted Thompson and the front office for drafting players who are injury prone (i.e. Justin Harrell), some have blamed the coaching staff for not teaching proper form while others have blamed the strength and conditioning coaches (there was some ridiculous rumor that floated around that the 49ers had a secret stretching routine that made them impervious to injuries; keep in mind free agency does happen and more importantly players stretch out on the field for everyone to see).

This dude doesn't know what he's talking about. It's the Stanford football team  that has a special training program. Yes, the Packers stretch during pregame warmups. lol. Stanford's regimen goes beyond that.

He also seems to be claiming that the Packers aren't actually injured, it's just that the trainers are too conservative. I believe that is absurd. Is Pat McKenzie conservative? Yes, quite so. Did Clay really break his thumb? Uh, yeah. Twice.

My personal opinion is that the Packers abnormally high injury rate is more to do with a very conservative medical staff that would rather keep a player out a game longer than throw him in a game early than actually having an actual higher injury rate than the league average.

Does anyone REALLY think that we'd have had the same win-loss record if Aaron, Clay, Randall, Hayward, Finley and the entire cast of others had not gone down? Give me a break.

This injury situation NEEDS to be taken care of, but I do not believe it will. I believe it is the single biggest factor in keeping us from the SB. Even bigger than Aaron's stat whoring and Mike's constant lulls.

Yeah I don't buy the "too conservative" angle when guys like Perry and Brad Jones start the season out doing well and supposedly just so happen to decline in play after they suffer injuries and Hayward and Clay come back soon to suffer the same same injuries a couple games later.

I do think the Packers are conservative in making sure players are ready to come back from injury which I don't disagree with. As for why they have a seemingly high number of injuries I don't really know. They are all grown men and have been stretching and playing for many years, I don't see some different conditioning coach making a huge difference. The coaching fraternity is so small and there is enough players and coaches moving here and there that there are not many secrets.

Martha Careful (5-Apr) : Diggs has not stepped up in the playoffs and has a high cost
beast (5-Apr) : Probably not going to let Diggs walk away unless he's horrible... but according to reports he also might not be as good as he used to be.
beast (5-Apr) : The 25th pick in the draft has been an offensive player since 2017, 2 TE, 2 WR, 1 RB, 1 OC
Mucky Tundra (5-Apr) : Odd, why give up a 2025 2nd Rounder for him if you're just gonna let him walk?
Zero2Cool (4-Apr) : Texans to let Diggs be free agent in '25
buckeyepackfan (4-Apr) : 49r's aign RB Patrick Taylor.

Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : No. Kill QB. No worries. 😁
Mucky Tundra (3-Apr) : Diggs, Collins, Dell and Schultz is gonna be tough to cover
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Stefon Diggs' trade will not be processed as a post-June 1 designation, so that is just over $31 million in dead cap this year.
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Bills trading WR Stefon Diggs to the Texans in exchange for a 2025 2nd-round pick. (via @rapsheet)
beast (3-Apr) : Using Patterson as RB and RB/WR tweener... so I think they also signed Patterson as a 3rd down RB, not just a kick returner as articles are
beast (3-Apr) : I think PFT missed the real Steelers/Patterson connection, Steelers new OC Arthur Smith has been Patterson's head coach the last 3 years
wpr (2-Apr) : It has Martha. I was stunned when I was in HS to learn Iowa was still playing half court BB in the 70's.

Mucky Tundra (28-Mar) : End of a Degu-era
dhazer (28-Mar) : Steelers sign Patterson because of new kickoff rule interesting
Zero2Cool (28-Mar) : Former #Packers TE Josiah Deguara is signing a 1-year deal with the Jaguars, per source.
Zero2Cool (28-Mar) : They do not do it for "content sake".
