I don;t mind a 5th or 6th WR who has a large upside but who is pledged with drops. He will not be on the field very much. Stick him on the team. Inactive every week. If someone else needs a week or two off to recover from an injury he is still gong to be the 4th WR and 5th option after the TE or RB. Janis may well be the better WR and if so he will make the team instead of Harper but they shouldn't compare Harper to Nelson or Cobb and expect him to perform as well as they are.

Yeah, he dropped a couple that he should have caught but weren't great throws to begin with but he also hung onto that pass over the middle while getting completely obliterated. He's got more to prove but I wouldn't be mad if he was one of the WR that made the team.
