Sorry man, I tried. I keep looking for ways for fans to watch their team.

The $99 sounded like a good deal - I definitely would have bought that. Like you said Zero, much much better than DirectTV.

My area is not eligible for this service.

And since I wouldn't actually subscribe and give money to those A-Holes at DirecTV even if it would restore my kidneys, I will be at the mercy of the networks, unless I can get my phone to put NFL Mobile up on the big screen.

I've paid for DirectTV and Sunday Ticket for years. It cost some money but it's well-worth it to me. Sunday Ticket used to be over $300 but now I think it's just over $200, or $220. It's very nice to be able to watch any NFL game I want, record multiple games on the DVR, watch online, etc. Considering how many NFL games there are, it's really not a bad deal, imo.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

As soon as most of the promotions start to expire, I just call them and threaten to leave and they usually always renew them. Paying $14/game to have easy access to HD Packers games in every room in my house and online is well-worth the money to me. I haven't missed a snap of Packers football in years now except for Family Night. It used to air on NFL Network but I don't think it has the past two years. I also watch many other NFL games so the money really isn't a big deal for the convenience. I think I can watch on mobile devices too but I usually don't bother with that.

I don't pay for any movie channels though as I have HBO-Go and Netflix for all that, even though I don't watch much TV outside of sports and a couple of shows like Game of Thrones, Comedy Central and Cartoon Network. But Direct TV regularly offers free weekends of HBO, Showtime, etc. so when that happens, I just record dozens of movies to the DVR and I'm stocked for months. Way more movies than I ever have time to watch without paying for any of them directly.

If you don't mind watching the games after they are over, you can get an NFL rewind (now called gamepass) account, from what I recall it's quite cheap. Also, you can watch the condensed version without commercials.

I think you can watch the preseason games live if you're out of market as well, last year it was all 4 preseason games for $20, but I can't seem to find pricing info now.

I've been pretty lucky that only one game here in Ottawa last season was not televised with my television package. It was the Tampa Bay game which was brutal as I was reading that Aaron got hurt and was freaking out.

You call and ask for the retention center and tell them you want to terminate your service unless they can give you a good deal. I do this every year and I have gotten the my bill to stay the same for the past 4 years and have gotten Sunday Ticket for free and they also thru in the extra innings package for free this year :)

Damn some people need to learn to play the game then again I do purchasing for my living so I am pretty good at making people compete against each other. Side note I have comcast for my phone and internet and I haven't had a price change on that in 4 years also. As soon as i see the bill raised I call and threaten to goto direct tvs triple play.

I had 3 friends call and threaten to leave and they all got Sunday ticket for free this year 🙂

Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : No. Kill QB. No worries. 😁
Mucky Tundra (3-Apr) : Diggs, Collins, Dell and Schultz is gonna be tough to cover
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Stefon Diggs' trade will not be processed as a post-June 1 designation, so that is just over $31 million in dead cap this year.
