I'm not saying Carl is the answer either, I just don't sense Dansby is that much better, especially in a role the Packers need. Their issue is their ILBs can't cover. I don't see how a 35 year old helps that.

Dansby's play slipped in 2015, but he's still a quality starter. He graded out as Pro Football Focus' No. 3 inside linebacker in coverage
