Well, Rodgers was noticeable slimmer, but I'm not sure that translates to more speed. Cook has much more God given ability, so Rodgers is going to have to outwork him. But I would think when Cook knows our system, the more he is on the field.

Yeah I hesitated adding yards but I believe in Rodgers more than most so I'll go out on a limb for him.

Honestly I don't care who has the yards as long as someone does.

Honestly, I do not care about yards whatsoever. As long as someone has first down catches and a plethora of touchdowns, I am good. No one ever has one a game because they had more yards, so phuck yards, phuck'em

I understand standing behind a player because he is the home state hero and it gives some a warm and fuzzy feeling when he shines. If Abbrederis does break out to become a star WR then great, everyone wins . However don't count on that being a home state hero adds any weight with those that make the Packers decisions. If Coach McCarthy likes a player , then he has earned it . All that make the final cut this season will most certainly have earned it.

In addition, many that do not make the cut will find homes on other teams . I just know that this year will be the Packer's best shot at a SB victory for many to come. I believe that the Packer's staff realize this as well . They will be maximizing this teams resources for that effort .

Mark my words , the 2016 Packers are going to be extra special ! [biggrin]

A new study by Stats Ink reports that first downs and touchdowns are generally linked to a team's net yards gained.

Spokeswoman Carry On says in all their research they have not found an offense that is able to actually record a first down or a td without acumuating yards in the process. Carry goes on to say that while it is possible to gain yards and not score the odds of recording touchdowns generally increases with the accumulation of yards in addition to having little or no turnovers.
