Rodgers excellent play has masked McCarthy's poor coaching and Thompson's poor performance for years.
Now that Rodgers is shell shocked after all the years of having to endure all those sacks due to poor drafting and coaching the chickens have come home to roost.

I think it's time we stop making excuses for Rodgers. He always liked playing the run around sandlot ball but he's doing it to the extreme now. Last year we had a good line when everyone was healthy and that's when he started playing like this. 2014 the entire offense was in MVP mode so I guess he just woke up in the 2015 offseason "shellshocked" for some unkown reason? He's obviously got something going on mentally but I wouldn't pretend to know what it is.

Maybe the line was blocking so well for him that he couldn't find as many excuses to run around for 6 seconds so he just said screw i'm going to just do it every play regardless.
