It's hard for me to say. Losing White seemed to hurt. And the more injuries we accumulated throughout the season, the worse our depth got, which had a direct impact on our ST. I thought we were ranked near the top in kickoff/punt coverage through a few games this year. Am I mistaken?

Still, I'm definitely not defending either Stock or Sanders.

Stock needs to go for sure. Not only for the Frost experiment, but the special teams have been an embarrassment all year. He is responsible for their play.

Where do we rank defensively? That answers the question itself.

I agree...........they need to be replaced.
Obviously they both didn't get the job done.
To sit and do nothing won't help.

There has to be some kind of coaching shakeup and I think these 2 coaches are an obvious place to start.
I also think both O and D line coaches should be in line for the axe, and maybe Winston Moss to boot.

Continuity breeds success. I'd be fine if both coaches came back next year, although I must admit I'm not a Stock fan. He's one of the most arrogant and prideful coaches on this team IMO, and that might have been his downfall this year. Still, he did produce a good ST unit last year... it isn't as if his methods have proven to fail.....


I'm really upset with some of Sanders' management of our personnel. While I don't have a problem with his play calling or blitzing "obviousness" I do take an issue with so many of our blitzes not getting home. He shares some responsibility for that.

Also, moving Woodson to S was a BAD move. Keeping Hawk at MLB, ahead of Bishop seems to be a BAD move. These personnel adjustments seem to not working, and Sanders should get his share of the blame for the failure.


Intersting to note, I think it was against Jax. when one of the beat writers noted that Winston Moss was co-calling the Defense along with Sanders.
