I know much has been made about the 41 sacks Arod has taken and as it should be. And I believe that some of those are on him just not getting rid of the ball, like everyone has said. But I think there is more to it than just immaturity.

I think me might be afraid to get rid of it and get it picked because of whom he's replacing and their reputation to do that. I think he's so afraid to get picked that he really hesitates to throw into coverage. I almost said that he doesn't throw into coverage but he does, but he doesn't have the confidence to do so as often as needed. Do other's agree?

It seems like a lot his sacks are coverage sacks as well. He also get sacked for small losses (1-3 yards) quite a bit. I'll take those on third down over an INT any day.

Yeah me to but he can't keep getting hit...I mean eventually it will take a toll on him, just ask Troy Aikman...though that was admittedly because of concussions.

I don't think the fact that Favre threw a lot of picks has anything to do with Rodgers holding onto the ball too long. If anything, it seems like that should make Rodgers a little more inclined to throw into tight spots. If Favre had been a QB who took few risks and threw few interceptions, then I would understand Rodgers being more conservative.

I think this is just the way that Rodgers plays, and in addition, he has not adjusted well to the awfulness of the O-line this year.
