If we kept 7 defensive linemen, it could be:

Pickett, Raji, Jenkins, Jolly, Wynn, Neal, Wilson

I thought wynn did alright when we had a 4-3 setup going but as a 3-4 end I think the dude is too light and not that good.

So while I do wonder at this pick (ie considering ... I think we need a OLB or corner or heck even a QB in the draft) ... perhaps this guy will do better then wynn.

Mike McCarthy keeps talking about availability. I think it's time we found some DL folks who actually stay on the field.

So what's the magic number for DL this year? Finland said 7.
Pickett, Jenkins, Raji, Jolly (who I'm guessing misses 4-6 games this year). 3 left and honestly I have no clue but I have a feeling Harrell may get pushed out by one of our draft picks. If I'm wrong and Harrell makes the team and plays all 19 games, I'd be stoked. I just think this is the end of the line for him. We'll see.

I really hope Harrell stays healthy. I remember when we played TN a couple years ago, I saw him shake the O Lineman and tackle the RB in the backfield. I have a good feeling about Harrell, for some reason.

Speaking of Harrell, is there any new updates or anything? I havent heard much of him lately. I'd have to say he's got to be one setback away from the axe, especially with 2 DE's drafted.

I've always liked Harrell also, but thought it was a very risky pick with his history of college injuries. I wanted to see Ted Thompson do the trade with Clevland, our first for their 2nd and 1st the following year. Even if Harrell had stayed healthy I thought the trade was a better senerio for us long term.

Why do u think this guy is bad?? hes a 3-4 DE build 290 6 foot 3 he looks good on tape i watched a vid on youtube hes a pass rusher too which when we use a reagular nickel he'll be a good pass rusher there i see wynn being a 3rd string DE or PS hes not that great .

this is how i see are d lines lineup
NT 1.Pickett or Raji i think they could battle for the start
RE 1.Jenkins 2.Neal
LE.1.Jolly 2.Wilson 3.Wynn

beast (5-Apr) : Probably not going to let Diggs walk away unless he's horrible... but according to reports he also might not be as good as he used to be.
beast (5-Apr) : The 25th pick in the draft has been an offensive player since 2017, 2 TE, 2 WR, 1 RB, 1 OC
Mucky Tundra (5-Apr) : Odd, why give up a 2025 2nd Rounder for him if you're just gonna let him walk?

Zero2Cool (4-Apr) : The 25th pick in the draft hasn't been made by it's original holder since 2016.
Mucky Tundra (4-Apr) : Gotta imagine that Green Bay vs Houston will be a primetime game this upcoming season
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : No. Kill QB. No worries. 😁
Mucky Tundra (3-Apr) : Diggs, Collins, Dell and Schultz is gonna be tough to cover
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Stefon Diggs' trade will not be processed as a post-June 1 designation, so that is just over $31 million in dead cap this year.
Zero2Cool (3-Apr) : Bills trading WR Stefon Diggs to the Texans in exchange for a 2025 2nd-round pick. (via @rapsheet)
beast (3-Apr) : Using Patterson as RB and RB/WR tweener... so I think they also signed Patterson as a 3rd down RB, not just a kick returner as articles are
beast (3-Apr) : I think PFT missed the real Steelers/Patterson connection, Steelers new OC Arthur Smith has been Patterson's head coach the last 3 years
wpr (2-Apr) : It has Martha. I was stunned when I was in HS to learn Iowa was still playing half court BB in the 70's.

Martha Careful (31-Mar) : Happy Easter everyone. I hope you all have a great day.
