Practice video & interview

OK, here's the last practice video from last week before we can shoot some more footage at practice on Wednesday.

You'll see a continuation of the special teams drills from last time, and offensive line from two weeks ago (ran out of interesting footage.)

You can see the video on the site again. It's pretty good. Some more leghumping for Sitton. And he deserves it.

There's another video on there, but I can't see it over here in Europe, so you guys will have to tell me if it's any good or not.

I'm a little concerned with how skinny Newhouse's legs look. A lineman needs more than a big upper body -- he needs a strong foundation too. It appears to me that he needs to hit the weight room pretty hard. Giacomini also seemed to be a bit lacking in the lower legs. Dietrich-Smith's legs, on the other hand, were huge.

I am VERY excited about Sitton. He will probably be our best lineman for the next 10 years (depending on Bulaga). It's very interesting to see how good technicians the veterans are compared to the young bucks. Hopefully they can pick up on some things.

I also liked how strong Colledge looked. I hope he can come back strong and prove us all wrong.
