Dhazer was dropping some names in the 5th overall pick thread and that made me think, we didn't have a single one of these threads.

So, does anyone have a fantasy team to pick apart?
#2 Posted : Sunday, August 29, 2010 9:06:55 PM(UTC)
Here is mine, Like I said I had 9th pick in a 12 team league. I'' list my starters and then bench

Qb - Rodgers
Wr- Jennings
Wr- Boldin
Rb - Felix Jones
Rb - Bradshaw
Te - Finley
Wr/Rb - Forsett
K - Prater
Def - GB

Qb - Flacco
Te - Heath Miller
Wr - Mike Williams (TB)
Wr - Massaquoi (Cleveland)
Rb - Leon Washington

I like Massaquoi as a late round pick. Especially now that they have a solid QB in Delhomme, regardless of his spontanious int-filled games.

I am in one of the most flexible leagues I've ever seen. Here is my roster (listed in the order I drafted them):

W/T: Jermichael Finley, TE, Green Bay Packers
W/T: Michael Crabtree, WR, San Francisco 49ers
W/T: Vernon Davis, TE, San Francisco 49ers
W/T: Randy Moss, WR, New England Patriots
W/T: James Jones, WR, Green Bay Packers

W/R/T: Adrian Peterson, RB, Minnesota Vikings
W/R/T: Darrius Heyward-Bey, WR, Oakland Raiders
W/R/T: DeSean Jackson, WR, Philadelphia Eagles
W/R/T: Pierre Garcon, WR, Indianapolis Colts
W/R/T: Michael Turner, RB, Atlanta Falcons

Q/W/R/T: Peyton Manning, QB, Indianapolis Colts
Q/W/R/T: Jake Delhomme, QB, Carolina Panthers
Q/W/R/T: Matthew Stafford, QB, Detroit Lions
Q/W/R/T: Jahvid Best, RB, Detroit Lions
Q/W/R/T: Antonio Gates, TE, San Diego Chargers

K: Sebastian Janikowski, K, Oakland Raiders

D: Patrick Willis, LB, San Francisco 49ers
D: Jerod Mayo, LB, New England Patriots
D: Eric Weddle, S, San Diego Chargers
D: Jared Allen, DE, Minnesota Vikings
D: Justin Tuck, DE, New York Giants
D: Darnell Dockett, DT, Arizona Cardinals
D: Shaun Rogers, DL, Cleveland Browns

DB: Nnamdi Asomugha, CB, Oakland Raiders
DL: B.J. Raji, NT, Green Bay Packers

No bench slots. All slots are active every week. If an owner wants all roster slots to be producing points every week, he must cut players who are inactive, on byes, etc. and pull from the waiver wire. It promotes lots of activity, if nothing else.

Wow, lol.

How many people are in that league? Did you draft Heyward-Bey before DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon? And how do NTs like Rogers and Raji get you points? Or did you have to have two NTs?

The 2010 Feinripp Warriors

1. (10) Ryan Mathews
2. (19) Calvin Johnson
3. (38) Steve Smith
4. (47) Knowshon Moreno
5. (66) Hines Ward
6. (75) Tony Gonzalez
7. (94) Eli Manning
8. (103) Laurence Maroney
9. (122) Stephen Tulloch
10. (131) DeMarcus Ware
11. (150) D'Qwell Jackson

17. (234) Jeremy Shockey
18. (243) Michael Boley
19. (262) Matt Prater
20. (271) Mardy Gilyard

i was absolutely pissed after round 4. rodgers, who i expected to have in round 1 went #7, mendenhall went 1 pick before my 2nd pick and a guy, which i call an $%& right now picked finley 1 pick before me in round 4. i really hope to end up at 12, because the last 2 teams get relegated to a lower league.

i'm really not satisfied overall. but the other 13 guys are fantasy pros. (#1 league in a 7 league system), so you know what competition you face.

Did a draft at 10am today and I had the first pick overall.

QB Rodgers
QB Kolb

RB Mathews
RB Harrison
RB Taylor
RB Dixon

WR Floyd
WR Jennings
WR Nicks
WR McCluster

TE Davis
TE Keller

DEF 49ers
DEF Titans

K Gostkowski

My RB situation is shitty but I had to take Rodgers first overall. He went first overall in the same league last year and I wanted him that badly lol. The league is a bit screwed up too because someone drafted Jermichael 14th overall. Yea...

Zero2Cool (31m) : Packers’ 2018 draft class will only take up about $2.9M in salary cap space thanks to the Top 51 rule
Porforis (2h) : Holy crap I'll be turning 9 in PackersHome years this year.
Zero2Cool (4h) : rock on!!
DarkaneRules (4h) : I'm celebrating 10 years at PackersHome this year.
Zero2Cool (4h) : Damn, Jared you one old ass dude.
Zero2Cool (4h) : Today's Birthdays: jdlax (115)
Zero2Cool (4h) : 1 year with Aaron Rodgers and having monster stats = GET PAID STRAIGHT CASH HOMIE
DarkaneRules (4h) : I doubt he'll take a deal like that. He wants to get paid like the other WRs have.
Zero2Cool (4h) : I would pay 2.99 million base, then incentives! INCENTIVES!!!
DarkaneRules (5h) : hah, funny how that happens in this sport. See what the market says. I wouldn't pay over 3mil.
Zero2Cool (5h) : What's the guys height Draft profile says six one, everything else says six three
Zero2Cool (5h) : You can do it!
Zero2Cool (5h) : PROVE IT
DarkaneRules (5h) : Not unless he'll take a 1-yr prove it deal on the cheap.
Zero2Cool (5h) : WR Allen Hurns will be released by the Jaguars. SIGN HIM
packerfanoutwest (8h) : Burnett signing with the Steelers?
Zero2Cool (19-Mar) : Three years, $30 million could turn into one year, $13 million for Jimmy Graham
DarkaneRules (18-Mar) : to*
DarkaneRules (18-Mar) : Whatever happens, we've got to get Josh move near the LOS where he belongs.
TheKanataThrilla (18-Mar) : Would we consider trying Rollins a S?
gbguy20 (18-Mar) : so what's the deal then, are we to expect to see josh Jones in Morgan Burnetts spot this season? i guess I can't say I'm opposed to the idea.
Smokey (17-Mar) : BG is in no hurry to anounce a new Rodgers deal. Smart !
gbguy20 (17-Mar) : When is Rodgers signing that extension that was supposedly only awaiting Kirk? Typing on a phone makes things tough.
Nonstopdrivel (17-Mar) : That's what I was thinking: I wasn't aware that he was quitting.
Zero2Cool (17-Mar) : Hopefully not for a long time. We need him.
gbguy20 (17-Mar) : when is 12 resigning
Nonstopdrivel (17-Mar) : I have to say I like it, even if it means I have to put up with occasional ads for Maseratis. 😂
Nonstopdrivel (17-Mar) : Interestingly, since I blocked third-party cookies, ads I see tend to relate to the content of the page instead of my most recent Amazon searches.
TheKanataThrilla (17-Mar) : Mathieu to Texans? I thought he wanted to go to a play that was all about winning football games?
hardrocker950 (17-Mar) : Bears already matched
Zero2Cool (16-Mar) : Bears will certainly match it though. Maybe restructure after year one?
Zero2Cool (16-Mar) : but bears got lots of money, didn't think anyone would make the offer
Zero2Cool (16-Mar) : good question
Nonstopdrivel (16-Mar) : Can another team come and big even higher, or is it a one-off thing?
Zero2Cool (16-Mar) : Bears WILL match the Kyle Fuller offer, but still, good move.
