Nick,

I'm sorry I doubted you before this season. I said over and over that you were "thoroughly average," or words to that effect, and I was openly rooting for Aaron Rouse to replace you in the starting lineup.

I just didn't think you were ever going to be a playmaker. Boy, was I wrong. You've been amazing this season. I'm now beginning to wonder if you should go to the Pro Bowl. Thanks for hanging in there and making fans like me look like idiots for doubting you. Keep up the good work.

Greg C.--

They guy has really showed up this year. The coaches always talked him up about his potential and he seems to be playing up to that level.

Nick,

I'm sorry I doubted your skills. You've shown yourself to be a huge playmaker in our secondary.

Nick,

Sorry I thought Aaron Rouse would beat you out for the starting safety spot opposite of Atari Bigby.

My bad.

This reminds me of the way people felt about Atari Bigby at the beginning of the year last year.

I already gave my apology a few weeks ago.
But I'm glad for this thread. Nick needs some love.

Nick I'm not sorry for saying your the best Safety we have for years and that everyone doesn't get how important you are.

I do say sorry for saying your not flashy, can't catch and have brick hands (which you have dropped two picks) but I'm ok since you got the others ones.

I say once Bigby and Harris comes back, we put them two, Woodson, Tramon, Collins, and Rouse all in at the same time.

Of those secondary players, Harris is the only one without an interception.

7 people in the secondary... it's not like we have much of a pass rush anyway.

I had a hard time choosing who I wanted replaced, all I knew was I wanted Rouse in there. I liked Collins and liked Bigby.

Rouse needs to learn to take better angles and to wrap up in his tackling before he should be starting in front of ether of them. (unless maybe the team is great in their passing him and Bigby can't cover them)

Nick has been amazing. I'm proud as hell of our Secondary. Especially Tramon.

Nick Collins

I'm glad you learned how to catch. You've always been a good tackler, but you've morphed into a great all around safety.

I love you,

I'm not going to apologize for backing him up. I'm proud of myself for being right. nothing wrong with that.

nothing at all.

I dont wanna steal Nick's thunder here. But i thought Aaron Rouse played pretty damn good tonight too. The read on that 99 yard Pick 6 was professional. It was against a damn good QB as well. I know Atari will replace him when he is healthy and that Nick Collins has a choke hold on his starting position, but this kid might be that bad ass leader we have been talking about needing. Watching his locker room video and seeing how physical he was today with a good group of WRs. Im not condoning dirty play at all... his definetely intentional face mask... well say what you want about it, but i have never seen a legendary defense that was nice .
