IMO, This is the wrong time to get a vet QB.. even after the preseason. We should have gotten our vet QB on like the first or second week of FA. We could have gotten Gray,Rosenfels, even Ferrotte.. I'm somewhat content with what we have now, If Rodgers gets hurt. I say play Flynn over Brohm n jus let the season go down the drain. Sad to say but I think that's what we should do. Hopefully Rodgers will play the full season but I have a feeling he'll miss a couple games here n there.

Think about this. Romo, Brady, Favre. All three were young inexperienced QB's on their teams roster that got their position because of injury to the proclaimed starter. Not one of those guys was expected to lead his team, and when they were called upon they answered the bell.

Am I saying that Brohm is Brady... no. What I am saying is that the potential of these two young QB's is higher than the potential of winning a Super Bowl with an aging vet QB who is ok with being a backup.

Agreed. If Rodgers goes down, the season's done. Might as well see what Brohm's made of and get him ready for the future.
