I think it's easier to do it by position: Kampman, Barnett, and Woodson/Harris. However, if you had to ask me who I felt was the leader for the D overall, I would have to go with Barnett. He just seems to have leadership qualities, it's hard to explain.

Its pretty hard to tell for us..From the outside looking in. But from the outside..I have always assumed that it has been Nick Barnett. He has energy and guys seem to rally around him. I even thought that about Barnett when he was young. His rookie year i thought that he would soon be the leader of that defense. And he seems to have the personality to be a leader.

Barnett calls the defense and, I just read this today, Collins directs the secondary.
That is one of the reasons Rouse doesn;t start in place of Collins, because he is still learning how to direct the secondary.

Players and Coaches have said the leader on defense is Charles Woodson.

Looks like nobody tonight.
Denver doesn't even have to put the ball in the air, they're averaging about 10 yards per rushing attempt.

I second that we played horribly in the first half. We didn't even make them punt until there first possession in the 3rd quarter. And Barnet played terrible football last night which is strange for him.
