I heard something on the radio about how Peyton Manning looks the most odd in a Broncos uniform that inspired this question. What player looked the weirdest or most odd in their final (or near final) uniform? Here's a few to start the thread ...

Favre with the Jets didn't look right.

Joe with the Chiefs was weird, but he ended up being really good still.

But of all, I'd have to say Emmitt Smith. He didn't look right being a non-Cow. As much as I hate the Cows, I never disliked Smith. He had heart.

I was expecting Ryan Longwell, you got me. The man in the spoiler was cut during final cuts before the season started. I remember hearing he was drafted by them and thought no way, he's cool to have been on Viking, lol.

Same here. Would be helpful if someone could fill in the names on some of the old guys.

Who is 34 with the Seahawks, #10 Oilers, and #19 Chargers?

#10 isn't Dickey, but i have NO idea who he is. No name on the uniform means it's WAY "old school".
I THINK Dickey came from the Oilers to the Packers, but i could be wrong on that too.

Lynn Dickey played with the Houston Oiler's from 1971 - 1975 wearing jersey #10. He actually wore #10 as a Packer too for a season or so before switching to #12.

I'm sticking with Dickey. :)

You could be right, Kevin. It just doesn't look like him to me. But of course i remember him as a Packer, so maybe when he was younger he looked like that.
So i wouldn't doubt if you are right.

Alan, I cheated. The link to the graphic has Lynn Dickey's name in it, otherwise, I'd have never ventured a guess, lol. :P

LOL! At least you "fessed up!"[grin1]
I of course never even saw Dickey when he played for the Oilers. Although i think i have a football card of him from back then.

if the market wasn't so saturated with every tom dick an harry creating their own card company, I'd say this card was worth a pretty penny.

More than likely.

Still think Eli and Elway are jackasses...

uffda udfa (9h) : Davante was a huge surprise. Ravens are tough to throw it on.
beast (9h) : I don't know... Mays and Spriggs did a good job of looking offensive too!
Zero2Cool (10h) : Only offensive player to come out looking good is Davante Adams.
uffda udfa (13h) : He ain't changing from Hundley. Trying way too hard to prove it was right to go with him all along.
greengold (16h) : A HC would say that today even if he planned to start Callahan next week.
Nonstopdrivel (16h) : Yeah, well, there are plenty of people who believe in fairies and leprechauns too.
uffda udfa (16h) : MM sticking with Hundley. Said he believes in him.
TheKanataThrilla (17h) : Hayward with another INT 2nd of the day

uffda udfa (18-Nov) : Virginia tanks 4th quarter. Miami and Wisconsin both win.
uffda udfa (18-Nov) : #3 Miami down 21-14 to Virginia at half. Wisconsin could jump up with big 2nd half.
uffda udfa (18-Nov) : Badgers very fortunate to be tied at half. Will fall down rankings without huge 2nd half.
