Maybe this game will go down in history to solidify Aaron Rodgers' reputation as a clutch player.

He's been a little off this year, and he still has that problem of ignoring uncovered players in favor of looking deep for low probability throws (as he did on third down when Kuhn was wide open over the middle for the first) BUT, credit where it's due.

Dude came from behind in the 4th quarter and brought his team to the win.

Even iced it with a clutch first down to drain the clock.

It does absolutely nothing of the sort.

What Matt Ryan did today was clutch.

What Rodgers did? No. But he gets credit from overcoming that eye injury.

I'm just going to mention the interception before someone else does. Get at me.

What did he do, throw up a lob pass to a 6-4 receiver that should have been intercepted if the safety could judge depth.

Matty Choke gets no credit from this dumbass until he wins a playoff game. He has an unearned nickname.

Cheers from De Pere, WI! Good win. Rodgers had great command. A couple bad throws but overall very well done.

You just go ahead and keep on looking for perfect... It will be a very long journey my friend.

This team has been "Snake Bit" this season, today was a remarkable character building victory.

Today's victory is the kind of foundation that season ending un-beaten streaks are built upon.

Matt Ryan has more 4th quarter comebacks than Aaron Rodgers.

OH, im not saying anything about. I'm very proud of the way ARodg played today. I just know someone in this thread is going to point it out so I wanted to get it out of the way. Kind of the same thing when someone posts "FIRST!"

And in most games where a QB makes a dramatic fourth quarter comeback, they were in a position to come back in the first place because of mistakes. Who woulda thunk? #-o

So, now this isn't about 4th quarter comebacks? It's about his jewelry? I'm not a stalker. I don't check his jewelry case.

You're the one who made the goddamn post, and now you're changing your own subject. Sit down.

I'm simply saying what Rodgers did today wasn't all that great. It wouldn't even be a comeback if he didn't throw that bonehead interception.

Ryan led his team well within FG range with no timeouts. So he forced it to his bigplay WR. At least he had the balls to take a chance. With Rodgers you'll just see him running around, waiting to get raped by Bruce Irvin.

I'm not at all saying that Ryan is the better QB. Rodgers is, by far. But taking a lead with 8 minutes left to do so is far from qualifying as a clutch score. Much needed, but not clutch. Clutch is when you simply take the game away. Ryan and Brady did it today. Even Griffin did it today. We've also seen Brett doing it for more than a decade.

Aaron's two only clutch wins came against Chicago on that pass to Jennings and the :58 second drive that led to Crosby beating NYG last year.

You get into the conversation with championships.

Then you go from there.

His contemporaries voted him the best player in the game. I happen to agree. 4th quarter comeback stats are for those that aspire to that designation.

You're right, you're the one that gives him all his jewelry. So I ask again, how many rings does he have?

Eli Manning had 6 game-winning drives last year and has two rings, both against a QB who has 3 rings and is thought of by many to arguably be the best player of all-time.

Oh wait, this thread is about 4th quarter comebacks, which is nowhere near as clutch as a game-winning drive. Sorry.

Where did I mention championships in your 4th quarter comeback thread for Aaron Rodgers?

YOU made a topic and YOU deviated from it when you couldn't back it up. You're not the first, and not the last, but don't undermine everyone's intelligence by lying.

Sunday was Aaron Rodgers FIRST 4th quarter comeback in 3 years, per NBC. I thought he had one in 2010???

To be quite honest, I could care less about 4th Q comebacks. I personally HATE nailbiters. I want us to beat the team we're playing by 35 pts and go into halftime with a 21 pt lead.

Then I want to go into the SB as 14 pt favorites and win by 40 pts. That would be my ideal year. None of this close game bullshit.

Tim Tebow was getting so much credit last year for comebacks but I kept saying, "where was he in the first 3 Qs? Apparently doing nothing."

If we win the rest of the games this year by 20+ pts and Aaron Rodgers doesn't get a single comeback attached to his name, awesome.
