So, two games in London next year? I think this is a mistake. I think once every other year is fine, but every year, plus another game now? It's American Football, no one really gives a damn about it other than folks on the America continent. They have their Soccer. NFL, know your role and quite being greedy assholes and taking NFL home games away from their respective teams.

I'm actually surprised that those peasents over in Europe can afford tickets to see the game. Not that they'd actually get the game, anyway, with their inferior brainpower. And teeth.

Come on now, remember...this is the Purple people.

If you could get out of Minnesota for a couple weeks and spend it in, ahem, one of the great cities of the world, it should be a no-brainer. :)

London > Minnesota:

Better beer.
Better pubs.
Better-looking women.
Better accent.
Better food, both the high end stuff and the pub grub.
Better cheese.
Better whisky, gin, and brandy.
Better mass transit.
Better museums.
Better hotels.
Better tourist stuff.
Better bookstores.
Better doner kebabs (a/k/a gyros).
Better castles.
Better jokes.
Better parks.

All of which also count as "more better things to do than watch a Viking game". Ahem, but that's another thread for another forum.

Did I miss anything?

I suppose I'll get a ban from this site being a Brit.

I mean I know F**k All about football.

Even Vikes has been classy about this.

Might just take him up on that offer of the shirt!!!!:^o

Cool. So are you going to the game, Phil?

If so, I will be more than happy to send you a Vikings jersey to wear.

Just PM me you address and no need for thanks....we go back a ways and that is what friends are for.ThumpUp

I'm really up for going to this game.

A divisional rival as well.

I'm afraid I couldn't bring myself to wear a Vikes shirt even if it did come from you!!!!!

I will be supporting the Steelers this time.

Yeah, you might have to sell your wooden shoes and leverage your windmill if you're going to see that game. However, the Vikings vs Steelers? Can there be a more boring game?

Sorry Rock. The NFL must really hate Europeans.

You have an opinion, just as I stated mine. It's not classless, nor is it ban worthy. Now, if you say Barry Sanders was terrible and over rated ... well ... then ... banishment must be a consideration!

Take him up on it! I would, if it were a stitched Adrian Peterson jersey. I make everything look good and it would be an appropriate challenge to uphold that factoid.

The Steelers Phil, really, I mean the Steelers...c'mon, first you're a cheesehead and now cheering for the Steelers <another heavy sigh>

I am sorely disappointed Phil, sorely disappointed.

Fan Shout
uffda udfa (1h) : Nope. I like Gus.
beast (2h) : Did you want Anthony Lynn as HC? Cushion Bradley was going to follow Lynn where ever.
uffda udfa (2h) : Gus Bradley is new DC in SD/LA. I would've loved to had him here in Green Bay.
uffda udfa (7h) : It's just fine.
musccy (7h) : 5 questionable Packers, none for Falcons. Not good.
uffda udfa (7h) : Jordy not listed as OUT or DOUBTFUL. Questionable on injury report.
uffda udfa (8h) : This is the 6th straight game we've faced someone for the 2nd time. We learn.
uffda udfa (8h) : Aaron: I like our role. I like our chances. (said he relishes being an underdog)
uffda udfa (8h) : Aaron alludes to fake crowd noise at Georgia Dome for Sunday.
uffda udfa (9h) : So, to recap. Losing streak "just the way it is", winning streak "astronomical feat". #Balanced
uffda udfa (9h) : Ironically, he called the turn around "astronomical" not just the way it is in the NFL. #Don'tMissTheIrony
uffda udfa (9h) : Ted tells Demovsky the Packers weren't underachieving when 4-6. Just the way it is in the NFL????
Zero2Cool (13h) : Only time I recall getting annoyed is when they beat a single topic over and over and over.
Pack93z (13h) : Most yes... Heller seems to get it more so... diversity in his coverage... but seemingly can highlight the pressing issues properly.
Zero2Cool (13h) : I'm kind of in the boat that they all are babblying boonies.
Pack93z (13h) : God bless it... Bill Michaels can be a stubborn SOB at times... love his Packers coverage, still think he is a buffoon at times.
Zero2Cool (14h) : Jordy Nelson Named PFWA Comeback Player of the Year
Zero2Cool (15h) : Carter is predicitng the end is in ATL for Packers.
Porforis (15h) : Or I could just completely miss the part where that was Cris Carter.
Porforis (15h) : Careful there. Don't you want to predict a Packers loss just in case?
Zero2Cool (16h) : @criscarter80 :Every fairy tale comes to an end, and this is where the magic carpet ride stops in the ATL.
Zero2Cool (16h) : McCarthy: "JC Tretter actually had surgery Tuesday. He won't be available this week"
Zero2Cool (17h) : Crosby is fine now. Full Participant in practice Thursday
Porforis (18h) : What I'm more worried about at this point is WR injuries and Crosby being sick. Who'd be the backup if Crosby can't go?
Zero2Cool (18h) : We do have hope. Our secondary has improved. Also, he had to throw 80% to get 1 point up. That won't happen again.
Zero2Cool (18h) : I like to tease sometimes.
uffda udfa (18h) : Only 80%? :). We lost by one given that stat? Wish we had hope of tightening up.
uffda udfa (18h) : Z, u should tell everyone who Quintorris is. Quintorris Lopez Jones, better known as Julio.
Zero2Cool (18h) : Matt Ryan completed 80% of his passes against Packers in October.
uffda udfa (18h) : McGinn goes full on attack mode dismissing the notion of "Packers people". Harsh.
uffda udfa (18h) : McGinn says John Dorsey likely to be next Packers GM.
Zero2Cool (21h) : Boom! Davante Adams says last year's ankle injury "more difficult to deal with'
uffda udfa (20-Jan) : Packers brass potentially leaving? Not worthy of discussing. Pressure Cooker? Never enough talk about them.
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : Put Quintorris in a pressure cooker.
uffda udfa (19-Jan) : Back to football: Julio says he's going to play Sunday. Did NOT say he wouldn't be limited in the game.
