Green's been ok but disappointing.

There's been times he was swarmed under, but there have also been too many shoestring tackles and one play where he fell down untouched when an enormous hole opened up in front of him. He still got like 5 yards on that play.

There was a play by Cobb AND a play by Kuhn where each of those guys bounced off the pile after getting stuffed and gained significant yardage.

Not sure what it is, but I'd give Green one more game, then I'd start feeding Starks to see what he could do. Starks can always fall forward for 1.8 yards a carry, which is what Green averaged today.

All purpose, Green was 2.8 per touch, iirc.

And really, Kuhn is as slow as you can be and still play in the league, but with his cutting ability, he still gets yards. Give Green a little more of a shot, then Start working in Starks. If HE can't get it done, just go with Kuhn.

I'm sick of this Bjack crap.

Green's Production 2012 wk6? well his production this week, week 7, was crap too. I'd rather Kuhn every time.

he did just enough to by Aaron Rodgers time to throw the ball. We are not looking for a guy who will get 150 yards rushing. He did get some key yards on passes to give them a first down. Don't make him one dimensional.

And the pick lost would have been Casey Hayward?

Edit, correct, Seahawks gave up a 4th in 2011 and conditional in 2012.
Packers 2011 3rd rounder was Alex Green and who knows what would have been required for the conditional pick, as it would have been lesser since the round was higher.

I'd have to check that play again, but I believe he slipped on the logo on the field. I think that happens quite often. A couple of the swarmed tackles were totally blown blocks or lack of blocks completely.

Green did pretty good last week. Is he a starting back in the NFL? No, but his role was not to be the starter going into the season. I would like to see them work Starks in a little. I am hoping his pride and desire to stay in the league will push him to play like we saw him on our Super Bowl run.

haha wow... The guy didn't do half bad. Made some great catches and got us first downs. You're to hard on him, it's his 2nd game starting for crist sake and we've won both times he's carried the rock. He's carried the ball for 40+ times in 2 games that's good enough in my book!

I think Zombie said he'd get 35 on 20 carries? The man is psychic.

I don't know why everyone pisses and moans about the running game when we haven't had a center to run behind since Mike Flanagan. Until we draft a blue chip center, we are not going to have a legitimate running game. A couple weeks ago, I called for Saturday's head because I think we would be better served with EDS out there. Today TJ Lang had his ass handed him, so when your guard and center are getting pushed back towards the quarterback, would someone please explain to me how it is we are going to be able to rush the football?

Our Oline is built to pass block, period. It's probably a good thing we have an elite QB to build that type of Oline around, right?

Fan Shout
Zero2Cool (1h) : which is of course ok, i just personally see it as weird.
Zero2Cool (1h) : Just odd that a Packers fan points out when Packers perceived to get away with something, yet ignore opponent. Weird.
Zero2Cool (1h) : Packers added RB Christine Michael (back) to the injury report as questionable
uffda udfa (2h) : Not diminishing anything. He got away with OPI. Didn't notice before. Was in airport.
Zero2Cool (4h) : Bahahahahahahha GO PACK GO!!!!
Zero2Cool (4h) : when you're buying your Super Bowl LI Champion gear, be critical of that too!
Zero2Cool (4h) : keep trying to diminish what the Packers have done and ...
Zero2Cool (4h) : one... that's just how it goes. They let the players play. But go ahead
Zero2Cool (4h) : Everyone knows on the hail mary type passes, those little shoves won't be called. Think replacement refs 2012. So, no did not get away with
Dulak (4h) : ya I think they mentioned that U U ... but you see this alot - even in the dallas game they pushed off at least 1 time (they as in dallas)
uffda udfa (10h) : Just rewatched Cobbs hail mary catch in slo mo...he should've been flagged for OPI. Got away with one.
uffda udfa (13h) : Nope. I like Gus.
beast (13h) : Did you want Anthony Lynn as HC? Cushion Bradley was going to follow Lynn where ever.
uffda udfa (14h) : Gus Bradley is new DC in SD/LA. I would've loved to had him here in Green Bay.
uffda udfa (18h) : It's just fine.
musccy (18h) : 5 questionable Packers, none for Falcons. Not good.
uffda udfa (19h) : Jordy not listed as OUT or DOUBTFUL. Questionable on injury report.
uffda udfa (20h) : This is the 6th straight game we've faced someone for the 2nd time. We learn.
uffda udfa (20h) : Aaron: I like our role. I like our chances. (said he relishes being an underdog)
uffda udfa (20h) : Aaron alludes to fake crowd noise at Georgia Dome for Sunday.
uffda udfa (21h) : So, to recap. Losing streak "just the way it is", winning streak "astronomical feat". #Balanced
uffda udfa (21h) : Ironically, he called the turn around "astronomical" not just the way it is in the NFL. #Don'tMissTheIrony
uffda udfa (21h) : Ted tells Demovsky the Packers weren't underachieving when 4-6. Just the way it is in the NFL????
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : Only time I recall getting annoyed is when they beat a single topic over and over and over.
Pack93z (20-Jan) : Most yes... Heller seems to get it more so... diversity in his coverage... but seemingly can highlight the pressing issues properly.
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : I'm kind of in the boat that they all are babblying boonies.
Pack93z (20-Jan) : God bless it... Bill Michaels can be a stubborn SOB at times... love his Packers coverage, still think he is a buffoon at times.
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : Jordy Nelson Named PFWA Comeback Player of the Year
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : Carter is predicitng the end is in ATL for Packers.
Porforis (20-Jan) : Or I could just completely miss the part where that was Cris Carter.
Porforis (20-Jan) : Careful there. Don't you want to predict a Packers loss just in case?
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : @criscarter80 :Every fairy tale comes to an end, and this is where the magic carpet ride stops in the ATL.
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : McCarthy: "JC Tretter actually had surgery Tuesday. He won't be available this week"
Zero2Cool (20-Jan) : Crosby is fine now. Full Participant in practice Thursday
Porforis (20-Jan) : What I'm more worried about at this point is WR injuries and Crosby being sick. Who'd be the backup if Crosby can't go?
