While I am not surprised there was an abundance of Packers fans at the St. Louis game (it was the same way in '09), you gotta think a good chunk of their fan base was traveling to San Francisco or just more interested in prepping for the Cardinals game.

Pack fans travel well.

1) Yes I was posting in the dark and the "r" key is next to the "t" key.

2) The video in the 2nd post is both accurate and good news coverage.

3) One of the most telling stats given by FOX about the game was that the Rams had the most "new" players on their roster with 27. Clearly Fisher is rebuilding the Rams team with that much turnover.

Conversely, they said that the Packers had 46 players that had begun their careers in Green Bay (again the most in the NFL).

That got me to think who were the 7 that hadn't started as Packers. I started thinking defense:
Pickett
Woodson
Bush
Tramon Williams
Kuhn
They mentioned Crabtree on the air otherwise I would have had to look up the answer.
I couldn't think of the last one for a long time and then it hit me, Saturday.

There isn't much outside influence on the Packers.

St Louis is an easy drive.. plus it is a nice place to visit. Call it the Metrodome of mid central America. We shall fill it and call it home for a day.

The bonus yesterday, the St. Louis Cardinals lost.. that Brewer blood was warmed just a little upon that result.

You would never see an honest video like this in some cities.

No lame excuses

Wow! I urge everyone to watch this video. My respect for the Rams and St. Louis just skyrocketed. =d>

That's one classy franchise. =d>

The R and T key's are in the same spot with the lights on or off! :P

Here's a link on how the current Packers were built - link.

Said every wide receiver started their career in Green Bay (this was while Aikman was calling the Packers organization intelligent). Mentioned that Crabtree would be the only one who didn't start in GB. He was with the Kansas City Chiefs practice squad.

I agree 100%... the only jackass I knew of from that city was Tony Larussa, he is about tied with Billicheat on that accord. Genuine asshole.

I think it is more as Zero says.

Quick story:

Back in 2003 I was a Reservist involuntarily activated for the Gulf War II. With everyone wearing camo gear it was tough to stand out in the crowd. I kept a Packers pen clipped visibly on my pocket and found that every workshop and work center had a Packers fan who noticed that pen.

Those in my chain of command thought I was some sort of master politician making so many friends, getting favors so easily, and getting noticed everywhere.

I have seen cheeseheads worn at the winter Olympics in Japan and multiple Packer jerseys worn to the state high school cross country championship meet in California (and I was not one of them). My relatives are always amazed at the number of Packers' bumper stickers and decorations are here in northern California.

Packers fans are everywhere!!

uffda udfa (2h) : Need some strong sharp passionate voices on D. Daniels gives great quotes.
uffda udfa (2h) : Nick Perry seems to be the team leader as he was giving pregame speeches that seemed very uninspiring.
uffda udfa (2h) : Morgan and his 14 wonderlic. Ever hear him talk? Man, not a bright guy at all.
uffda udfa (2h) : Burnett needs to be replaced. That's our leader? Or one of them? No, thanks.
beast (3h) : For the secondary, I think Burnett/Haha are the leaders.
Smokey (4h) : GB needs a new motto : DEFENSE RULES ! , is intended to change the direction of the Packers focus moving forward .
Smokey (4h) : Thank You Zero.
Zero2Cool (4h) : Great reading a thread and seeing "defense rules" spammed in them all. Great reading material.
Smokey (4h) : DEFENSE RULES !
Zero2Cool (5h) : Think you need to defensive leaders. Front Seven and Secondary. We seem to lack both. Daniels is closest.
beast (5h) : Packers players had a right to complain when they were being bullied by Mike Daniels... just talking about Packers ;-) jk
Zero2Cool (5h) : It was the 26th largest margin since 1940. Feels much worse
Zero2Cool (5h) : thought it was biggest margin of victory in Conf Championship, I was mistaken.
Smokey (7h) : Wow ! The Packers got disrespected too !
Smokey (7h) : Hello ?
uffda udfa (8h) : Can't. MM burned them all.
Smokey (9h) : go pack go ?
wpr (9h) : Smokey AND Uffda, you both ca be placed in a timeout. Stop it.

uffda udfa (9h) : Ranting about everyone to stop talking Wolf while talking cooking appliances.
uffda udfa (9h) : I told you the truth. It upset you. U were hypocritical.
Smokey (10h) : yes I was, but he just ...
Zero2Cool (10h) : We all have the same ability to ignore someone. Exercise that. GO PACK GO!!!
Smokey (10h) : NOT YOUR FIGHT NONSTOP
Nonstopdrivel (11h) : ving again.
Nonstopdrivel (11h) : Calling him a bully? Telling him to leave? Seriously? This is the kind of shit that drove me away last time and is making me contemplate lea
Smokey (12h) : Be a good fellow and go pester another forum.
Smokey (12h) : It amazes me that you've remained in this forum for as long as you have.
Smokey (12h) : This is not your schoolyard to bully others, in fact I was that kid who stood up to the bully and kicked his ass.
Smokey (12h) : In the end the bully ended up in prison as everyone else grew up and moved on with their lives.
Smokey (12h) : I rate you with the hated schoolyard bully that tried to terrorize others to feel himself big.
Smokey (12h) : U2, it is obvious that you don't care if people like you or not. Well people don't.
uffda udfa (14h) : It's the same day every day at 1265. They crave sameness.
uffda udfa (14h) : Didn't care u were talking cooking just that u tried censoring GM talk.
