I wanted to get your guys take on something.
Do you think Aaron Rodgers can go back to back MVPs in a row?
I just ask cause looking around the league only other guy I'd see being MVP is JJ Watt, but whens the last time a Deffensive player won MVP?
I know this is to early but yet again this guy is putting up remarkable numbers. I wouldn't be surpried if he throws for 40 TDs.
Anyways whos your MVP right now? And, who do you think will be MVP at the end of the season?

If Rodgers keeps playing the way he has been the last couple weeks and the Packers make the postseason? Absolutely, 100% without a doubt. If he plays at the same level he has on average for this whole year? Probably not. But like you said, it's still way too early to really tell... Maybe come week 12, 14 we'll have a good idea.

It's funny I was watching first take today and they were talking about RG3 or Eli being MVP... I was like, you picked them before Arod?! No way..

Rodgers is going to have to be consistent to be in the conversation. He's looked amazing the past couple of games, but many still remember the first few games. As long as he strings together a few more amazing games, as he should, he'll be right back in the conversation.

Eli? No way, maybe Peyton but no way Eli, he's got 12 TDs and 7 INTs. RG3 is a more legit choice, if he can stay healthy and if the Redskins start winning. It would not be crazy to see him go for 3500 yards with 20 TDs and something like 8 INTs through the air and 1000 yards with 15 TDs on the ground.

Well the balance overall is that he leads the league in QBR, TD passes and completion percentage as well as rushed for a few yards. He's easily the winner.
If we can get the run game going to an average level of yards per carry he's barely going to get sacked or pressured when he drops back. I think Alex will improve and Rodgers is going to get even better.

Shouldn't Eli need to be consistent to be in the conversation with Rodgers? I don't recall Arod throwing 2 or 3 picks in games.

If the saints can keep their winning going I'd be more nervous about Drew Brees than any of those names. His numbers are great.
Rodgers and Brees are both at the top again this year currently

i may be wrong here, but Rodgers stats tend to slide when the weather gets bad. I know they did last year, just the disadvantage of not playing in a dome 10+ games per year (Brees).

How's Matt Ryan doing? He was being mentioned for awhile.
Arodge is right in the mix.
RG3 might make Rookie of the Year, but he won't get MVP.

Rodgers has had amazing games in Weather and had bad. We usually drop a lot of balls in the cold.
He had an amazing game last year on christmas eve and a terrific game in 2010 against the Giants.

After a slow start for him, comparatively speaking, being in the conversation is about right.
Rodgers, and the Packers as a whole, have lots of work to do as a team and as individuals to climb the ranks of awards.
